MMr. CharoensupI had an incredible 2-night stay at Best World Vision Villa in Koh Samui. The hospitality was superb from start to finish. The view from the villa was breathtaking, and the pool was sparkling clean. The rooms were beautifully done up and very comfortable. One highlight was the BBQ seafood dinner we requested. It was prepared with a classy table setting and featured more than 8 delicious dishes, just for the two of us. The whole team was exceptional, with Mr. Joey and Seyha coordinating our stay flawlessly. I highly recommend booking their villa’s driver, as he is very experienced with the challenging mountain roads. Driving there can be quite dangerous for someone unfamiliar with the area. For convenience, you can also order Grab food delivery, but be mindful to do so when it’s not raining, as the steep roads can be slippery for the riders. They also have an in-villa dining menu, which offers excellent service and delicious options. Despite being very affordable, this villa provides the best views and an outstanding overall experience. I can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived, Eldor’s professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly welcome. He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage. The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentials—perfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided. The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**—large, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villa’s air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors. What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**—not a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldor’s villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money. Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and I’ll enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

From the first glance you understand that you are in a special place: silence, fresh air, a panorama that takes your breath away - especially at sunset. The rooms are a separate story. Spacious, flooded with natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows that open up picturesque views right from the bed. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail: stylish furniture, natural materials, marble. Everything is impeccably clean. But perhaps the most valuable thing here is the people. The owner of the hotel Stefan is a man with a big soul. From the first minutes you get the feeling that you have come not just to a hotel, but to visit an old friend. He asks with care if everything is in order, is ready to help with any question - from routes to small details. The staff is attentive, unobtrusive, friendly. Every morning you are greeted with a sincere smile and a fragrant breakfast prepared with love. This place is the perfect combination of privacy, coziness and genuine care. We left with warmth in our hearts and a great desire to return.

KKay KHYPros 1. Very friendly and cheerful staff 2. Great facilities including tennis court , gym, badminton , beach volleyball and all sorts of water activities. We picked the resort because it has two well maintained tennis courts. Not a lot offer that in Samui. 3. Our beach front villa is big and beddings are very comfortable. The location of the hotel is a bit far from central happening places but not an issue for us as we enjoyed the tranquility. Cons. 1. On our first day our shower sewage was clogged and flooded. Staff came late night, fixed, and left a mess behind. House cleaning came next day to clean but again left cleaning tools behind. Things happen I understand but this shows some areas of training is quite needed. Another day our toilet also got clogged and flooded. Not exactly what we envisioned for paying USD.1000 plus per night. 2. Staff’s english might need more training also . Again , not a big issue if we try again and again. 3. Food is quite expensive in the premise. Thankfully there are other options outside of hotel for a small walk or ride. Breakfast spread is good but might need some change after a few days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to hotel staff trying their best for giving their guests a memorable holiday. y

GGuest UserAfter arriving later than expected we got a friendly welcome. The corner room we had on the first floor was amazing, very spacious with a lovely balcony you could sit out on. The hot pastry I had for breakfast was scrummy and could be taken to my room. The hotel is on a fairly busy road with a building site further up, you could hear work but this didn't bother us. Bare in mind that the hotel is NOT staffed during the night! Would recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserGarrya Tongsai Bay Samui is one of those places that stays with you. What really makes the difference is the people. The service is excellent, but more importantly, it feels sincere. The staff are genuinely kind, always smiling, always present, and somehow they manage to make everything feel easy and natural. You never feel rushed or overlooked, just quietly taken care of. Special thanks to ”mamy” the fruit lady at breakfast that is a pure expression of joy and the Yoga and Muay Thai instructor. The facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, but without feeling stiff or overdesigned. Everything works, everything feels comfortable, and there’s a calmness to the whole place that makes you slow down almost without noticing. Rooms, pools, spa, restaurants, all of it feels thoughtfully done. The setting is something special. Surrounded by greenery and right on a peaceful bay, it feels private, quiet, and deeply connected to nature. You hear the sea, the wind in the trees, and very little else. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax. Nothing here feels forced or flashy. It’s just consistently good, warm, and balanced. A place you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Can't wait to be back to this special place.

GGuest UserI booked the Ocean Front Deluxe Room to have a quiet last day at the beach with ocean view. Unfortunately, loud constructions and a bar/restaurant with music made it impossible to be outside without noises. Apart from that the hotel is great. Service is good. I advice to doublecheck with the hotel regarding the construction and booking a cheaper room garden side of hotel to avoid the noise. Room was wonderful, clean and food was very good to. Breakfast had a nice selection. Transfer time to/from Airport is 10-15 minutes, thus perfect for arrival or departure day.

GGuest UserThis place looked exactly like the pictures. A beautiful, colourful property set in a beautiful garden. Every part had something interesting to explore and I couldn’t stop looking at all the art that decorated every space. There were three pools (2 small and a slightly larger one) which was perfect for kids. My children loved the water slide going down from one pool to the other pool. Breakfast was simple but varied and the two dinner meals we had were delicious. Everyone there was very sweet and helpful. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes but it wasn’t too bad. I really enjoyed the stay here!

The hotel boasts cleanliness and spaciousness, with daily room cleaning ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information. One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's restaurant, which offered delicious Mediterranean-style cuisine. The restaurant staff were exceptional, making our dining experience truly memorable. They were also incredibly friendly and accommodating towards our baby, which made us feel even more welcome. The hotel's location was convenient, with a Seven Eleven and several restaurants nearby, making it easy to access essentials and dining options. Additionally, the beach was just a 2-minute walk away, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful coastline effortlessly. While the city center was a bit further, a 20-minute walk provided an opportunity to explore more of Chaweng. The only minor downside was the noise at night, which is perhaps typical of the vibrant atmosphere in Chaweng. However, this did not significantly detract from our overall experience, as the hotel's other amenities and exceptional service more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend Lotus Friendly Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chaweng. The combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, excellent service, and convenient location makes it a top choice for travelers. We look forward to returning in the future.
