B2 Nakhon Sawan Premier Hotel Reviews

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay. When I made the reservation, only one room type was available. The room was quite small but perfectly sufficient for my needs. There was no breakfast included. For a one-night stopover, it was perfectly adequate.

This hotel is so bad. I don’t even know why it has such a good grade on trip.com. I made a mistake by booking it and I regretted it all the way even though it was for one night only. We forgot some shampoo bottles in the bathroom and even the staff who checked the rooms upon departure didn’t inform us nor gave them back to us, so just extra money lost. Don’t go there. This hotel is just not interesting enough, the view is really bad rooms are moldy and smelly.

The room was very clean and comfy, staffs are very hospitality. Location is very convenient to access to the key areas of city.

The facilities at this B2 hotel are below average for a B2 hotel. The mattress is very poor and it is not possible to get a good night's rest. The windows that can be opened are too low and it would be a safety risk if you have children.

Good place

Room was clean and as always, B2s are the best value when traveling as 3 people. The area is a bit run down, but there was a KFC across the road. The car park has an all night security guard. Would stay here again when I need a break on the long drive north.

The room is quiet new. Toilet is good. However the furniture is not comfortable. We choose the junior suite that allow up to 3 people.

The facilities are a bit dated, but it's quite convenient that they offer family rooms.

Very simple hotel with minimum service. Located in center and with parking car.  Low prices.

In the room is clean , flow of water is good. The walk path not clean and the cement of car park very poor condition.

We were very disappointed with our stay, even considering this is a budget franchised hotel. The female receptionist was consistently impolite during check-in. We had six separate bookings made through Trip.com, but only the booking numbers and PINs were not accepted for check-in, which caused unnecessary hassle. While we understand the need for one ID per room for registration, the receptionist's communication style was unprofessional and needs significant improvement. The widespread disappointment among guests due to her demeanor was palpable. As for the hotel itself, given its low cost, don't expect a soft or comfortable bed. Expect the rude receptionist instead.

For a one-night stopover in Hua Hin, it was pretty good. The room was spacious and very clean!
