Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. Services are good, amenities are kinda limited. Definitely great quality/price ratio to stay near Nice Ville train station and old city and beach.

The room was too small, and has hygiene issues, even the cap of the water offered has fungus, I had stomachache after drinking this. And the service is disappointing.

As great as the reviews say this hotel is! The rooms are exactly as pictured, clean and tidy, with a very lovely timeless aesthetic. The service is top notch; any time we asked for something, the staff would send it up right away. Everyone was very friendly and it’s located close enough to the main streets that everything was within a 15 min walking distance (including the train station) but also in a quieter street so it wasn’t noisy in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning in the room was very nice as well. My partner and I were very pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!

The room was excellent and very spacious for our family of four; it even seemed like we had one of the largest available. We were fortunate enough to stumble upon a triathlon competition and even got to watch some of it, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 700-meter walk from Ville train station. Inside the room, we appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks, snacks, iced water, and tote bags—a thoughtful touch. The slippers provided were also very comfortable. The only minor point was that the elevator was a bit small, but it felt very sturdy, and it was great not having to climb stairs. The service was outstanding—very polite and attentive.

We loved the hotel and friendly and helpful staff. It is located in a perfect position for exploring the city and close to train and tram stations for exploring.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days.  Everything met my expectations. The location is very convenient, everything is nearby—English Embankment, the historic center, cafes, restaurants, shops. Good breakfasts, daily cleaning, friendly staff.  I recommend it. Valeria.

I booked the room But found it was too small my error Good location The air conditioning unit leaked drips into the room not a major problem but the hotel did give me the laundry free as compensation Overall good hotel Note to self check the room m2 before booking

Amazing location, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. It was a pleasure staying there as it was so easy to get around. Food options are not the best at the hotel but it’s easy to find good food around the area.

I had the absolute best stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable. They were so accommodating, always ready to help with a smile, and truly made the experience unforgettable. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the train station, which made getting around so easy. Plus, there were so many shops and restaurants nearby, making it the perfect spot to explore the area without needing to venture far. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The air conditioning in my room was broken for my entire stay. I reported this to the hotel staff multiple times, but the problem was never resolved. With outside temperatures exceeding 30°C, the room was dangerously hot and uninhabitable. The hotel fundamentally failed its duty to provide a safe and usable room, forcing me to check out early for my own safety.
