Standout point Check-in and check-out are done by robot-dinosaur figures, which looks quite unique. You could also call for an employee, in case you prefer it that way. Location Hotel has a good location - fairly close to the railway station, so going to Nara and Kyoto will not be a problem. Also really close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, if you are into that kind of activity. Personally, a downside to it is that it is in Americamura, and people looking for a more traditional experience might find that not ideal. Only once have we heard any noises from the partiers, and by 10pm it already was quiet, so that is very good considering the location. Amenities and cleanliness The cleanliness level was good. Breakfast Pretty simple, fairly good. Main plate was the same every day we were there, and you could also take pastries, soup and drinks as you wanted from the buffet.

If you want a clean basic hotel in Osaka - this is the right choice, but no expectations. Amentities don't include cotton pads, and there's no space to have a meal. Breakfast zone works only in the morning and after working hours we coudn't use a microvawe oven. Even after we asked a personnel for it. Although every evening behind the curtain we saw some companies partying. So we didn't understand why this space was availiable only during the breakfast time.

Awesome hotel. Self-check-in service was amazingly fun and actually really easy to use. Cleanliness is on the highest level. Location is in Amerikamura, which has super fancy vibes and so convenient to navigate throughout the city and its surroundings.

Cool dinosaur administrators, if you want you can call regular administrators 😂 The room design was related to the flight, pilots and all that, I didn't like the blankets lying on the beds, they looked not fresh. At the same time, the room was cleaned every day. The toilet and bathroom were clean. I bought breakfast there, it was good

Excellent hotel and located in a great area. The reason I marked it down is because we were woken up by someone playing basketball outside and loads of noise from upstairs and the corridors in the morning. Other than that, a lovely little hotel. And the receptionists (dinosaurs) were brilliant.

My second stay here, and it was excellent. It's conveniently located next to many live music venues, so you can head straight back to the hotel to rest after a show.

location is very good, near to Dotombori easy to go Glico sign and Kuromon market, there is no car parking space, when you go with your car, the car parking fee is around 4000jpy

The location was amazing. It’s in between two major train stations and huge shopping districts. Lots of convenient stores near by and also there’s a laundromat a short walk away. Tho the hotel is a lot of self service, it’s actually pretty nice if you prefer lesser human interactions. Room size is decent tho at night for the weekends it might get noisy even though on the high floor. Otherwise, it’s pretty prefect.

The location is great, but cleaning of the room wasn’t properly at all. The just brought new towels and threw out the garbage from the bin. Also the window of many rooms faces the near standing building…
