Reception was closed, nobody picked up the phone, when I called. Sleeping room didn't have any windows. There was no parking and I had to park in an expensive parking garage overnight. Oh, and they requested me to pay a 100 Euro deposit on top, which I didn't expect. But location was good and quiet.

It is quite good for this location which it is not too far from train station.

Interesting, small hotel very close to the action. Room was clean, and well furnished.

The room size is okay, but the bed is next to the bathroom. The bathroom smells bad! The hotel is in a remote location and very difficult to find!

It's a very nice hotel, it has the whole face of Paris and the location is incredible, we spent happy days and would stay longer, for sure!

It took about 25 minutes at a quick pace to the Eiffel Tower in Paris, so it wasn't very fast. The subway is 5 minutes away, so it's okay, and the market is nearby, so I bought delicious food. The owner sister was pretty and kind, and the accommodation was old but clean.

Nicely located aparthotel near the very lively Rue Daguerre, easily accessible by all public transport. Well appointed rooms, green and calm, nice staff

Arrived after check in time to be told room not cleaned. Made us wait outside for 55 minutes. No bar or restaurant - breakfast served to room. We had two bedroomed apartment with one bed in and no windows. Second room had sofa bed which when assembled blocked access to bathroom. Kitchen badly equipped and light didn’t work. Hole in floor. Booked 4 nights and didn’t stay 1. Denied a refund! Left after few hours: NOT a 4 star hotel- AVOID

The hotel is set in what looks to be a lovely old Parisian house. There is a gate onto the the street, that locks with a key code (adding a good level of security) and key codes for the doors to the buildings too ( although these were generally left open during the day). There is also a lovely little court yard that you can sit in and have a drink. That being said there is nowhere to get a drink or any snacks from (other than your own room) as there is no bar area or even a vending machine. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were great, we both slept really well. But in the room we had there were quite a few “wear” marks in the woodwork and the shower was very small. Also there was a kettle and a coffee machine in the room with 2 coffee pods, but no milk sachets to add to the coffee. Overall not a bad experience and value for money wise for a hotel in Paris this hotel was good value.

We loved it! Our stay was very pleasant, from beginning to the end. The rooms and bathrooms give enough space so you can feel comfortable. We got coffee, tee, sugar, chocolate powder and a nuxe bathroom kit! There was also a hair dryer and an iron. The stuff was really kind and helpful!

Unique accommodation in an excellent area. Chosen for proximity to Gare Montparnasse but provided so Much more. Great local area for eating out and boulangeries! As well as well Connected

O quarto em que ficamos era no sótão e sequer aparece no site do hotel. O teto era extremamente baixo em vários pontos, a ponto de batermos a cabeça com frequência no teto e nas vigas de madeira atravessadas pelo ambiente. Tentei trocar de quarto, mas os que visitei não possuíam ar-condicionado. No nosso quarto havia ar apenas em um dos cômodos, o que ajudou um pouco, já que estávamos em pleno verão. Além disso, em um dos dias esqueceram de arrumar nosso quarto; chegamos depois das 23h, com meus dois filhos, e não havia toalhas limpas disponíveis. Como não há recepção nesse horário, ficamos sem solução. Enfim, não recomendo o hotel. The room we stayed in was in the attic and is not even listed on the hotel’s website. The ceiling was extremely low in several spots, to the point where we kept hitting our heads on the ceiling and the wooden beams crossing the room. I tried to switch rooms, but the ones I was shown did not have air conditioning. Our room had AC only in one section, which helped a bit since it was summer during our stay. To make matters worse, one day the staff forgot to clean our room; we arrived after 11 p.m. with my two kids and found no clean towels. Since there’s no reception at that time, there was nothing we could do. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.
