Great stay at the hotel good location too, surrounded by restaurants. Feel that it’s time for the hotel to look into the maintenance of the hotel room maybe it’s time to upgrade some of the stuff like the flushing system, rain shower instead and etc.

M Social was fine. No big complaints. Not a luxury hotel I know. Location wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t stay again but completely fine for the price point.

From arrival to exit our visit to Paris was enhanced by a lovely, caring, attentive Staff at M Social Hotel. We felt secure, loved the room we were offered and had not a single complaint regarding our stay in Paris. Close to shopping and extraordinarily excellent cuisine, the knowledgeable staff were ready at every opportunity to guide us to “the best” of everything Paris has to offer. Thank you for making our our first trip to Paris what we hoped for and so, so much more.

Pro: Great location, friendly staff and L’occitane shower gel/ soap/ shampoo.
Con: The room we stayed was quite small and water pressure was relatively low.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Opera House, making it convenient for sightseeing. The temperature control in the shower was broken, so I contacted the front desk. They couldn't fix it right away, so they quickly let me use the shower in another available room. The staff were very helpful.

Location: This was the main reason for booking this hotel. It's across the street from the metro station, the Opera, and Galeries Lafayette, about a five-minute walk away. Several Chinese restaurants and traditional French restaurants are nearby. The Roissy bus, Saint-Lazare train station, and the Tuileries Garden are also nearby.
Amenities: The old elevator was actually quite functional and still worked even during a power outage.
Room: The lack of a separate bathroom and toilet was acceptable, and the room was spacious and clean. However, due to its proximity to the elevator, the door's recoil was noticeable, especially at night when other guests returned. The window faces the patio, and one or two nights some guests got too excited and their shouting disturbed my sleep.
Breakfast: This was the worst breakfast of my European trip. They provided capsule coffee (although the saucer-shaped one was a bit pricey). The coffee machine's buttons were faded and difficult to read, and there was no milk nearby, so I had to walk across the restaurant to get it. The waffles and pancakes looked pre-made, and although I saw an oven, they weren't hot. With so many restaurants nearby, I wouldn't recommend booking unless it's necessary for your itinerary. For two people, I'd probably get better at a regular bakery or cafe for under 20 euros. Service: The front desk staff are mostly Indians. They have no problem communicating in English, but they just never get the real needs of the guests. They always have a smile on their faces but are very stingy. For example, if you ask for a packed breakfast (for an early departure time), they will suggest that you go directly to eat because there are many choices. I can only understand that as a refusal. Then, a hotel in such a busy area that charges 2,000 per night actually had a power outage. At first, they said it would take half an hour, but it was repaired in the last 2 hours. I didn't sleep well and almost missed my flight the next day, and I didn't have breakfast. I asked for a refund of the breakfast fee, but they said prepaid ones cannot be refunded. They only promised me a free upgrade for the next stay. 🤣 Very business. I didn't feel any warmth or care, except for lending me an LED lamp during the power outage. The above are all objective comments. I hope that guests who have made reservations will not encounter power outages that seem like "force majeure" due to heat waves.

The most outstanding thing is the excellent location. Of course, the hotel near the opera house and the convenient shopping at Galeries Lafayette is also very cost-effective. The hotel is very artistically decorated. The breakfast room is on the street and feels like a street cafe in Paris. The sun shines on you to wake up the day. An alley next to the hotel leads directly to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur (but it still takes 30 hours to walk). The room also has a welcome dessert of Madeleine pastries on the first day, which is very heartwarming.
