GGuest UserMy child was on summer vacation, so I brought her to play in the nearby suburbs and we chose this place. She was very happy, and I loved it too. The room was clean, hygienic, and cool. Both indoor and outdoor facilities were excellent. The customer service staff were very enthusiastic. There were many cherry trees in the yard, and we could eat the cherries for free, which was absolutely fantastic 👏 Five-star review!

GGuest UserHighly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Snow Valley! Nan Nan Homestay has an unbeatable location, incredibly close to the ski resort. After a tiring day of skiing, you can just turn around and head back to rest. The owner is a local and an excellent guide, providing professional service. The attraction tickets they helped us book were cheaper than online, and they even arranged free shuttle service within the scenic area, so we didn't have to lug our luggage around. The rooms are well-equipped with private bathrooms and complimentary toiletries. The large kang bed can accommodate 2-4 people, making it perfect for family trips or traveling with friends. The 'tie guo dun' (iron pot stew) and 'guo bao rou' (sweet and sour pork) at the restaurant are super authentic, with fresh and flavorful ingredients – incredible value for money. We loved our stay so much, we didn't want to leave!

YYanggaomeinvTraveling to Harbin with my child, our first stop was the Xana Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sophia Church). The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the middle-north section of Central Street, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. Zhaolin Park is just 100 meters east, across the street, and the main Central Street is 50 meters west. St. Sophia Cathedral is about 500-800 meters away on foot. The hotel lobby was super cozy, offering a stamp check-in and afternoon tea. The staff provided excellent service. Since I hadn't planned my trip and decided to go last minute, I asked about Harbin's specialties. They even added me on WeChat and sent me a guide to dining, entertainment, and attractions around the hotel. The breakfast was incredibly rich, meeting all the nutritional needs (meat, eggs, milk, fruit) required for traveling with a child. On the day of check-out, I decided last minute to take some travel photos with my child near St. Sophia, which delayed our check-out time. The staff kindly extended our check-out until 2 PM for free. All in all, our first stop in Harbin made us feel so warm. If you're staying around Central Street, Xana is definitely the best choice!!! I've already recommended it to many friends since returning to Beijing. 😙😙😙

ZZheng2571Big thanks to Sister Qiu for always responding to our inquiries and to the boss, Hongbo, for the warm hospitality and care. We had a very comfortable and fun four-day, three-night stay (Dec 27-30) in Snow Valley. The warm beds, hot meals, and enjoying all the entertainment activities in Snow Valley and Snow Village gave our group of four an extraordinary winter experience. At Xiongling in Snow Valley, we tried snowmobiling, snow tubing, skiing, and snow drifting (super thrilling!). **Friendly reminder**: Please wear sunglasses, a mask, and a snow hat. This will help prevent the cold snow from hitting your face when you're snow drifting. The snow hitting your face is incredibly, unbelievably cold! For the Yangcaoshan itinerary, I recommend buying tickets for the horse-drawn sled and taking the snowmobile all the way up the mountain. Hiking would be a very long and time-consuming distance. For the second half, we opted to hike down to Snow Village, and the snow scenery along the way was absolutely spectacular, perfect for photos. You can also buy a small sled to enjoy some exciting mini snow runs on the way down. **The only drawback**: The shower head in the bathroom had low water pressure, so it took a bit longer to shower.

GGuest UserDo not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

The location is super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, and it's close to all the indoor attractions. The customer service was very thoughtful; they even brought a welcome gift for my baby. The hotel was really warm, creating a stark 'ice and fire' contrast with the cold outside.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the subway, surrounded by shopping areas and great restaurants, making travel and dining effortless. The front desk service was warm and professional, check-in was efficient, and they even proactively shared local sightseeing tips. When I casually mentioned needing a charging cable, they immediately helped me find one—the attention to detail was truly thoughtful. The room itself was even more impressive. It was spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the blackout curtains were excellent, ensuring I got a peaceful night's sleep during my travels. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and felt high-quality. The in-room smart devices were easy to operate, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfect for work or entertainment without any lag. The complimentary drinks in the mini-bar were a nice bonus. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering not only standard Chinese and Western dishes but also delicious local specialties. Any requests during my stay were met with a quick response from the staff, and I felt completely at home throughout. The location is very good, near to subways & attractions place like Zhongyang Street, Morning Market, Songhua River and St. Sophia Cathedral 😉 Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They invited us and all the guests to celebrate New Year Eve together. We went to Songhua River together to watch fireworks 🎇 We will stay here again if we visit Harbin 😉

猫猫险家Here's a revised version of your review: We are from Malaysia, and we coincidentally found this hotel after we failed to book a train to Harbin City. Fortunately, we found hard seating available to Harbinxi, which led to our journey here. The family room in this hostel is very spacious, and the private bathroom is large with solid concrete walls, unlike many budget hostels that use tempered glass partitions. The location is convenient, just a 9-minute walk to the station and several large shopping centers. To access other popular areas, you can take the subway for just 4 Yuan per person per trip. This hostel is run by a couple who are very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed; the lady owner, Mdm Wong, even told us, ”If you get bullied by anyone in Harbin, call me. I will protect you.” 😀 Lastly, there's a gray cat in the hostel that our kids loved. She enjoys being petted a lot. The only thing I would like to mention is that some hidden areas, like under the bed and curtains, are dusty. I hope the owner can address this.
