"The hotel is beautiful, in front of the ocean, nice rooms (though small), nice restaurant, friendly staff, pool is great too. But acustics are an issue in the hotel, the beautiful bamboo huts are zero sound proof you can hear your neighborgs breathing, and that wouldn’t be so bad if the extra loud cheap trance music from the bars nearby didn’t come in feeling like it’s in your room and accounting for terrible sleep. this was specially worse for me as I had a room with pool/sea view at row 1 and sound just went in there, I asked to change rooms and they did and at row 5  i had a much better sleep. It’s sad because this is not the hotel’s fault but municipality should really do something about the bars, it really messes the entire Phi Phi paradise experience."

"Already asked my husband when we can visit again! This was my favorite beach resort we have stayed at. Staff is so incredibly helpful and organized. Resort is beautiful. Pools were amazing and location was great! Two things for others booking this resort: - learning how to get here without using the resort’s pricy transfer service was tricky! We ended up booking a ferry to the island’s northern port and found they would drop us off directly at our resort. Round trip first class cost us less than half of the resort’s charter. We also hiked the trail to the main port. Be aware: this is not a trail you can take luggage on. It’s narrow, constantly changes elevation and super uneven.  - the food and drinks in the village right behind the resort is better and much cheaper."

"The resort is located at Long Beach, which can only be reached by boat and shared by a few other resorts. Long Beach is very beautiful and not so overrun since it is mostly frequented by the people who are actually staying there. The resort provides an exceptionally good breakfast with fresh fruit and a great variety of savoury Asian and western dishes. The villas are very pretty and build into the hill with good aircon. The reception is very friendly and helpful. In the evening there are many nice places to have a beer or cocktail."

"Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr freundlich, ruhig und entspannt, das Resort ist besonders. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, das Abendessen auch, beides direkt am privaten Strand. Zu Fuß kann man in den Trubel der Innenstadt gehen oder natürlich ein Boot nehmen. Wir waren im Juli hier und das Preisleistungsverhältnis war bestens, wir würden es sofort wieder buchen."

"We stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2013 and the second time in 2025. Nothing has changed much, and we were happy with our stay. Pros: - the guy with the cart who delivers guests' luggage from the pier to the hotel helped us a lot, we arrived with suitcases and bags, it was hard to walk in the heat, he also helped us get to the pier on the way back - it's free, - it's not far to walk from the Tonsai pier, not far from the sea on the other side of the island, I advise you to walk to the fire show just to the left of the hotel and along the shore, - they gave us a spacious three-bed room, with a comfortable large double bed and a wide 1.5 double bed, the bathroom is freshly renovated, the shower has good pressure of warm water, gel, shampoo, everything is there. - beach towels and towels for the pool can be taken from the souvenir seller on the first floor, they are freely available, without an appointment. - the pool is quite large, but chlorinated, because the hotel has a large flow of tourists every day - monkeys came to visit us on the balcony, although it is written that you can't feed them, but it is very interesting to look at them up close Cons: - every day a huge flow of tourists comes from one-day excursions for lunch, these are crowds in the dining room, 300-500 people by the feel - the 7-11 minimarket is far away, others are closer, but there is no alcohol and the prices are a little more expensive, - there is a lot of food in the dining room, but everything is not particularly tasty, cold potatoes and eggs, but fruits, pastries, vegetables are always available. In general, I liked everything, the staff is great, they wash, scrub, cook everything, there is a steamer at the reception, you can iron things, there is a cafe Little Monkey nearby, we ate there several times, we took Hawaiian pizza, we liked it, it was delicious."

"This hotel is located on the best stretch of Long Beach - there is a clean entrance to the sea without any reefs, only fine light sand and some broken corral brought by the sea. At low tide it is a bit shallow to swim, but you can still swim, unlike the rest of this beach. The sea here is clean; at the beginning of May there were no jellyfish or biting plankton. The room seemed worse from the pictures. Colorfully decorated. It is clear that it is not new. But it was clean, neat, and cosmetic repairs had apparently been done recently. There is enough space. The bed is so-so, a bit hard and the linen is not the best, the pillows are low. The air conditioner is noisy. TV, kettle, hairdryer. There are not enough light sources, especially in depth. There are enough sockets. The bathroom is spacious, everything worked, there were no problems with drainage. But from somewhere from time to time there was a smell. They started to close the plug in the sink, and it didn’t seem to smell as bad. In general, we expected the worst from the room. The terrace is large, in the first half of the day the sun is scorching, in the second half there is already a shadow from the roof on it. The territory is cozy, beautiful, unfortunately, not very tennis. Breakfast is not included. There is no buffet, you order from the menu. The most profitable is the American breakfast, it costs 250 or 280 baht (I don’t remember exactly), for those who don’t eat a very heavy breakfast, one is enough for two. The restaurant itself looks beautiful and colorful, guests from other hotels constantly came - the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable. But it’s better not to buy tickets for the ferry and speedboats to Phuket at the hotel - they’re expensive and not all options are available. The free longtail transfer departs to the pier every 2 hours. Upon arrival at the pier, they look for “their people” using the check-in lists; if they haven’t booked, they won’t take you for free. I don't know when they were scheduled to leave for the hotel, but we had to wait a long time on the open pier for other guests to be found. In pouring rain and wind. The umbrella that the hotel employee gave us was not very helpful; we and our luggage got wet. It would be more convenient if the hotel sent a welcome letter with detailed check-in instructions and guests were collected on the beach, where there are awnings that will protect from both rain and sun. "Upon arrival at Phi Phi Island Pier, there will be staff picking us up to the hotel. There is no car on the Phi Phi Island. This hotel is not close to the pier. To get to the pier to rent a taxi, 100 baht is a person, we 6 people choose first along On the mountain road, I went to the semi-dead and walked for half an hour to the pier to go shopping for an afternoon to buy a good dry food 500 baht to rent a boat back to the hotel. The next day I bought a 6-hour round-the-island tour at the hotel. It is recommended to take 3 hours around the island. After sitting on the wooden boat for a long time, the hotel will be dizzy, the hotel is very beautiful. When we went to the hotel, we sent us 2 days for breakfast (we stayed 2 nights). There are also 2 restaurants nearby to solve the problem. The door is super sea view, and there are many sands. Coral, stinging"

"I want you all to listen to me, if you have kids this is the hotel that you need to take your family to. It's clean there's no rock and roll noise at night. As a father who brought his family here to play this is the only hotel that I found that was the best one. Don't risk taking your family to other places that have loud music and terrible smells. This hotel was the most amazing hotel I've seen on this island and I've been to this island five times. The rooms were outstanding they were fantast and so comfortable"
