The breakfast is served from 7:00am until 12:00pm which is very nice and location is near the Bus terminal 1 where is very convenient to take the bus to continue the next trip. The room is big and clean and the bed is very big, but the wooden door is too old. And the shower is not too warm. If you need rent a motorcycle then there is the contact information in the reception.

This is a hotel that I have to stay at every time I go. The food is delicious and it's comfortable.

The hotel is very good for receiving groups, the staff is very attentive, the bedding is comfortable but the location is catastrophic, located on road 12 which runs across northern Thailand. So a constant flow of cars, motorbikes at full speed. In addition, the hotel is stuck on a parallel road so a big detour each time... No kettle in the rooms, the pool has no chairs or armchairs to sit on and there is scaffolding. Breakfast has no fruit juice or dairy products No scooter rental. The only positive point: the bus station is very close. . I do not recommend this hotel.

Good accommodation, clean, airy, very spacious room. But when checking in, it was dark and there was almost no parking. Driving around and no one pointed the car. Overall, it was good. I give it 9/10.
