I had an amazing stay at a Nai Yang Hotel! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which made my holiday truly relaxing. The hotel is in great condition, with clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a booking or teansfer. Blood stains on the blanket and lot of mosquitoes inside the room. Overall facilities are nice and very comfortable stay.

The location is close to the beach. Loyal attitude towards visitors. They allowed me to use a towel and shower after I checked out of the hotel and decided to spend the evening on the beach before the plane. They gave me a branded bag with the hotel logo.

The facilities are a bit old and the room layout is not very good. It is close to the airport and a bit far from the beach. It is a quick one-night stay and I don't have too high expectations.

Very cozy hotel, with incredibly nice service staff. To the beach Naiyang 5 minutes in the shade. Shop, exchange offices, cafe right in front of the entrance to the hotel. Many thanks to the girls that they kept our things until we had enough walking and called us a taxi to the airport

Excellent small cozy hotel with all the amenities! Its own garden where you can sit in the evening as if you were at your own dacha. 5 minutes to the beach! Super staff and service. Very clean, snow-white bed linen and comfortable mattresses! We were checked in much earlier and given a late check-out. We initially took 5 days, drove around the island to the south and returned for another 4 days. The area is quiet, the beach in the off-season is the BEST on the western side.

I think this is one of the best hotels in Phuket, free from insects etc. The dog is very kind, the breakfasts are very tasty, I really liked everything. Polite and hospitable staff, especially the girls. The road to the beach through a narrow alley along which bikes travel will not be convenient for families with strollers, but the lack of pedestrian roads is not a problem of the hotel, but of the whole of Thailand.
