The Arbern Hotel X Bistro Reviews

I stayed at Arbern Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The property has a nice modern loft style, and although my room was not very big, it felt cozy and even had a big balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful – for example, my kettle wasn’t working when I checked in, and they immediately brought me a new one without any hassle. The bed felt a bit unusual (one side seemed slightly higher than the other), but it wasn’t a big issue for me. Housekeeping came every day, and they always provided fresh water and tea/coffee. The room was quiet, with a lovely view of the mountain and temples. The location is excellent for exploring Phuket Old Town. There’s a bus stop right outside (with a route to the airport), and plenty of cafes, massage places, and a 7/11 within walking distance. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast wasn’t included, but there’s a café on the ground floor where you can eat for a reasonable price. The only thing that surprised me was the early check-out time at 10:30, but the staff kindly let me leave my luggage at the lobby for a few hours after checking out. Overall, I think the price is absolutely worth it. It’s a great hotel in the heart of Phuket Town, and tour operators had no problem picking me up directly from the hotel for excursions. Highly recommend.

One of our favorite hotels ever. It is huge. It even has a living area with a small table and sofa for us to have our suppers and breakfast easily. The hotel is located near a laundry and 7-11. Renting of bikes is also easy when the shop is just beside the hotel. Just inform the receptionist and she will help you with the arrangements. The hotel also has a restaurant at L1 which we regret not trying it. The airport bus will also stop nearby and it will be a short walk up to the hotel. Overall, we loved the hotel alot.

It is clean and comfortable. The dormitory was spacious and the bathroom and toilets are separate. All the staff are so friendly. Also they have good bubble tea at the cafe. It's worth more than the money spent. I highly recommend this hostel.

I stayed at their hotel for 2 nights and I could say it was a great stay. The staff are so helpful and kind. I booked a bunk bed but upgraded me to a private room because I arrived earlier with a cheap price. The room was very clean and fresh. It was very comfortable. There were shampoo, bath gel, tissue, elctric kettle, glasses and cups for coffee/tea for free. There were tv and ref too. You can dine in at the restaurant and cafe downstairs. You can arrange at the reception if you want to go island hopping. The location is good too. There were nearby restos, 7-11 and just a walking disatance to night market and old town Phuket.
