Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, good shuttle, would definitely go again.

We were satisfied very much with staying here. Very friendly and home-vibes hotel. Perfect service team. Very comfortable room with all needed. As an dissadvanage it is location for drivers, be prepared some taxi will not deliver you to the hotel door, because the road to tge top is extrimely steep. But, all the rest advantages are overweghted this road trouble. We will stay here next time.

To be honest I didn’t like when I requested to change the room that they didn’t accept although I saw many vacancies that day as I booked garden view they give me kitchen or laundry view !!! Plus the way they give u instructions so boring and many person not only one it wasn’t comfortable with me ! And I have to go check my phone everytime to the lobby because they have one blug so , breakfast is wasn’t good not much options and limited means only healthy not for everyone. Location is really hard to find

I had a pleasant stay at CC’s hideaway hotel, the room was comfortable and the restaurant was really impressive, outstanding food quality and service. The reason I chose this hotel was the fact that hotel provides yoga classes, I joined 4 of them and absolutely enjoyed it so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to practice yoga during vacation. There’s only one thing that was weird in my opinion. When I checked the receptionist didn’t mention anything about prices for yoga classes, only told me the time 8 a.m. and because in trip.com it’s not mentioned as well I thought yoga was included in the room rate. Later when I checked out the same receptionist told me to pay for each class which made me very surprised and confused because I didn’t expect it. And on my last day I’ve heard from other guest that there were other activities in the hotel that I haven’t heard about and it was too late for me to join. So my suggestion is just for the staff to be more informative during the check in, because if they don’t introduce the services and prices of the hotel’s facilities the guest might not know about them, maybe even having a little schedule in each room with all the activities and prices would be helpful. Overall my experience was great and I would love to come back one day. Namaste🙏

The room was very comfortable and clean. The view was great! The yoga very relaxing. Loved the rooftop yoga. The shuttle service very convenient ( make sure you get a SIM card so you can be in touch via whatssap to use the shuttle service more effectively).

Service was great and the hotel was located in a convenient location in Kata. Good amenities and spacious rooms.

CC's Hideaway really is a gem that differentiates and puts itself , the rest of the hotels in Phuket. This is my 4th time in Phuket, I've done the budget friendly, the luxury, and the median, and this stay was just somethiing different. A place to rest and put your head in a place that the name completley personifies. Up a bit on the other side of the Big Buddah mountain, you will could have a bit of a rollar coaster of a ride to get up the hill, but it's worth it. The staff at CC's were just fantastic, I was introduced right away to the front desk and taken care of and the event planner introduced personalized trips to me without making it a huge ordeal. She listened and welcomed my expectations first and made some suggestions, and gave a weekly itinerary of amazing things to do inside the hotel itself. Had I stayed longer in Phuket I would have taken advantage of the morning meditations and evening workout sessions. What blew me away though was the breakfast buffet. It was something I have never experienced in a hotel and the vegan options were just so perfect. Also the big win was having 4 different types of milk for the coffee, plus cinnamin on hand. Plus homemade sourdough, plus hummus, omeletes, granola, fruit . . . i could go on but you just need to experience this place for yourself. And then Netflix and Youtube on the TV to end the night? 10/10 would book again.

Very good hotel! The breakfast is delicious and the people are very nice! There is a free minibus to take you to the beach, which is very good. The guests are also very nice and of high quality. I will definitely come again next time! Thank you!

The breakfast here is superb! Delicious, healthy and fresh! It is the best breakfast I have had recently, don't miss it, 400 baht per person. Then, the most special thing! It is very suitable for vacation, because in addition to comfortable accommodation and good food, it provides a full range of activities, you can choose to rest or participate in activities with others. Including classes such as yoga, Muay Thai, and short trips around, you will meet different people here, they are very friendly. The only suggestion: be prepared to receive more Chinese tourists 😉

The room is OK, but the hotel service is really bad. There are serious communication problems. The child is 8 years old and does not meet the accommodation regulations, but the problem is that you did not have a conspicuous reminder, and you directly expelled the guest and did not refund the money. The Ctrip platform is really awesome. Although I did not succeed in my argument, I was able to take responsibility and share some of the losses. I still give it a thumbs up. I use Ctrip for travel. It is cost-effective and the service is thoughtful. The customer service staff is very thoughtful. I give Ctrip a thumbs up again! When Ctrip was first founded, it was also full of difficulties. I went to various major companies to do marketing and distribute flyers at the airport. I was optimistic about this company and its solid and pragmatic work style. I felt that it would definitely succeed! It’s a pity that I didn’t know the boss at the time and didn’t have the opportunity to invest, otherwise I could also make a fortune by riding Ctrip’s momentum.

I personally think that the hotel is on the mountain, and you can overlook the sea in the distance. The breakfast is also very exquisite. I also took a yoga class, which is good. But it is not suitable for going with the elderly and children. You need to keep quiet. Only children over 9 years old can stay. The hotel does not provide slippers, so the elderly do not like it.

Located on the mountainside near Kata Beach, it is very quiet without the annoying roar of motorcycles. The environment is beautiful, and Kata Beach can be seen from the balcony. There are mostly Europeans and Americans, and the hotels that specialize in yoga travel mostly serve Mediterranean food, which Chinese people may not be used to. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from Katakalen Beach every hour. The slope at the entrance is very steep and the walk is tiring. There is also a path at the door that allows you to climb up to the Big Buddha. Highly recommended if you like quiet.

The room is suitable for the price. The receptionist has good service and recommends everything very well. The room inside is spacious and clean.
