"Hotel was unable to change reservation from two nights to just one. Also trip.com's Intervention didnt help. Room small but ok. Loud hallway and room. There was a (locked) door from my room directly to adjacent room - every word of neighbors can be heard. Not enough lifts. Arrival reception took ages - only one employer for many people arriving. Breakfast buffet room too small for such a big hotel, took a long time. Breakfast overpriced for Quality. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Prague is absolutely beautiful! The hotel has a fantastic location – it's relatively quiet and not far from the Old Town. It's about a 20-minute walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. I would definitely stay here again."

"A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this apartment was truly amazing! We specifically chose it because we enjoy cooking even while traveling, and the apartment was perfectly equipped for that. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the city centre and the famous Astronomical Clock, and literally right next to two or three museums. There are also plenty of cafés, restaurants, and souvenir shops nearby, which made exploring the area super convenient. The building felt very secure, and the apartment itself had everything we could possibly need during our 3-day stay. From a dishwasher and washing machine to a Smart TV with Netflix access, it was incredibly well-equipped. The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels provided, and they even included a hoover, which shows great attention to detail. We absolutely loved the place and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and thoughtfully furnished stay. 💗💗"

"Perfect and I’d love to visit again! What amazed me was the clean bathroom and nice people. The shower was ready to be warm and useful. The location was also sooo nice, though we actually considered the more girly but distant place. Now we know we made the right decision, especially because we needed to carry huge luggages. Also the nice refrigerator was available. The minus points it may be better to know in advance; - a bit too warm room; anyways better than getting a cold - The hangers are equipped to the wardrobe, you can’t move them - as in other hotels, no free drink water. But you’ll find nearby stores available even midnight."

"My friend and I were truly amazed when we saw our apartment – it exceeded our expectations! The location of the apartment was near the historical center. However, we did experience a minor inconvenience on August 15, 2025. At first, we received an email stating that check-in was at 3:00 PM, but after refreshing the app, the time suddenly changed to 4:00 PM. I immediately contacted the reception via email to let them know that I was already in front of the apartment and had planned everything according to the original check-in time. The receptionist was very professional and reassured me that I could still check in at 3:00 PM. She provided me with a working access code, and we were able to enter the apartment without any further issues. I really appreciated her quick and calm response, especially considering that she manages 20 other buildings. Her promptness made a great impression! The apartment had new and modern furnishings. The bathroom was well equipped with its own hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand cream, and towels. The kitchen featured a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary ristretto and lungo capsules, as well as a selection of teas. There was also a kettle, stovetop, microwave, and all the necessary kitchenware like plates, glasses, and pots. The entire room was equipped with a smart system — for example, if the window was open, the air conditioning would automatically turn off. The AC itself was cleverly designed, as it was positioned low but still cooled the room effectively. The TV was a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney+, a web browser, YouTube, and regular TV channels. The room was equipped with an iron and ironing board inside the wardrobe. We will definitely return in the near future to the botanist."

RRocky2007We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!

GGuest UserOn our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to ”Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer”, which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon. The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access. A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose ”P+R Skalka II” with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks). Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.

GGuest UserHotel is located in a quiet part of town with easy access to Old Town through the adjacent metro station. There are a few interesting parks, breweries, and wineries nearby to walk to. Breakfast was quite satisfactory with adequate options. The executive lounge had a good view of the town and the castle. The sandwich selections were good but would not change from day to day. It appeared you need to pay extra in order to use the pool, which seemed to be odd! Overall, this would be a hotel I would return to.

RrymahabibThe hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

GGuest UserOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities. We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in. We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here. The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes. There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too. Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay. The daily cleaning was nice and the cleaning lady was very thorough with the flooring in the common area which was appreciated. You can also borrow hair dryers from here if needed to. They do collect a deposit for items borrowed like the keys but they didn't collect a deposit for the towels or blankets despite signage saying that they do. The location of the hostel was fantastic. It was a short walk to major attractions in Prague like Charles Bridge an

There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door. Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel. No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags. Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature. Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum. Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold. Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.
