"Nice hotel very clean and comfortable bed. Had use of tea and coffee in room and kettle. Only disappointment was shower wasn’t powerful and toilet didn’t flush properly and could do with extra toilet roll."

"The hotel is very easy to find and located oerfectly for Lakeside or the M25/M11. Staff very friendly and Hotel Manager Kim provided excellent Customer Service. Only downside being bank holiday there was no evening food service but Uber and Deliveroo possible. Lots of carparking. Great Value. Would stay again 😁"

"Location pretty grim as it’s next to the Dartford Bridge and Tunnel. But once you are in you can forget about that as the rooms are decent and spacious, the restaurant is excellent for an evening meal and the breakfast is good value particularly if you go for the meal deal for dinner and breakfast. A good stay overall."

"A good hotel and up to my expectations. Clean and comfortable. Nice warm shower always. I got a quiet room as requested. But the sound proofing can be improved. I can hear food steps on my upper floor all the time.
The coffee, tea and milk were not replenished regularly. Otherwise, all good."
