From before we even checked in, the front desk was incredibly responsive and communicative, making everything smooth and considerate. The staff went above and beyond to prepare a birthday surprise for my friend. Despite the cold weather, they meticulously carried out the arrangements, even coming out in Labubu costumes to sing 'Happy Birthday.' My friend was incredibly touched, and we truly felt their genuine effort and sincerity. The hotel also prepared a heartwarming bowl of hot birthday longevity noodles, which tasted delicious and was particularly comforting in the chilly weather. Because it was quite cold, the room only had heating, but the hotel thoughtfully provided us with a fan, ensuring a very comfortable stay overall. In summary, this is a hotel where the service far exceeded our expectations."

"We chose this hotel for our trip to the Wood Carving City, primarily because of its proximity and high online ratings. The front desk staff member was incredibly warm and helpful. She was remarkably patient and proactive when we encountered an issue with our license plate upon exiting the parking lot, even standing out in the scorching sun to help us resolve it. While the room felt a little dated, it still offered great value for money at this price point."

"為了追星來住的，真的體驗感很好，周邊吃的也方便，點外賣也可以送到房間，然後去哪裡打車都很方便。衞生間都是乾濕分離的，很符合我的心理需求。前台小姐姐們人都很好，我在攜程上訂的是大床房，衹有一張床，但是後面有朋友來，就換成了雙人床的房間，本來説是價錢不太一樣，但是前台姐姐還是幫免費升級了，真的感覺很好，下次再來橫店還會再住這裏。"
