My conference was well planned and the food was delicious and offered me a lot of choice as a vegetarian. The staff was friendly and always helpful despite the huge number of guests (due to the Mannheim Garden Show). Meeting rooms were poorly cooled on the first day. The next day at lunchtime I couldn't pass on my room concerns because there were so many guests because my toilet seat (room 614) was already broken when I checked in and I had to be careful because of the risk of injury. Otherwise everything was fine and I was able to enjoy my beer in the garden in the evening!

Our room was not very clean. It smelled strange and the curtains and toilet were dirty. At check-in, 0 interest and a “find it out” attitude. Too bad we regularly come here as a stopover.
