An excellent guesthouse, friendly staff, and excellent breakfasts. The room is like a 5-star hotel—quite large, with high ceilings and a sliding mosquito net on the window, making it clear everything is new. The bed is comfortable, the towels are thick and very soft, and there's a set of toothbrushes and toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, and soap. A refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, and a couple of bottles of water are included in the room. The air conditioner is conveniently positioned so it doesn't blow directly onto the bed. There's a large TV with a variety of channels, including Russian. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Amur Timur monument. We enjoyed walking comfortably along the wide, empty sidewalk. If you don't like walking, you can take a taxi; they're cheap here. Check-in is at 12:00, which is also a huge plus. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent. They ask in the evening what you'd like to have ready and when. You can choose from sausages, omelettes, porridge, toast, and tea/coffee. There were also cold cuts, homemade cheese, jam, nuts, and fruit on the table. Everything was delicious and filling. Also, our flight was delayed for five hours, and when we were already at the airport, we returned to the hotel, where they let us leave our bags and we went for a walk around the city. A huge thank you to the receptionist. Overall, the hotel was superb.
