Crowne Plaza Sanya Haitang Bay Resort Reviews

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel and found it very family friendly, especially for guests with young children. Our baby stayed healthy and happy throughout the trip, which gave us great peace of mind. Special thanks to Tiffany for her attentive service during our stay. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help really stood out and made our experience smoother. There is still some room for improvement, particularly in overall cleanliness, but the team was responsive whenever we highlighted anything. Overall, a comfortable and child-friendly hotel. We would consider coming back again for a short stay.

We stayed at the Crowne plaza for a week and absolutely loved it. The room was so comfortable and with a very nice view. The breakfast had a great variety of food , and the best was the service.  Everyone was very friendly, kind, and super helpful !!! The housekeeper, front desk , the Chef , kitchen staff, the waiters, the photographer, absolutely everyone made us feel very welcome!! We will definitely come back !!  魔鬼鱼manta ray

I was greeted by Riki as soon as I stepped into the hotel's reception area, and she made my stay an unforgettable one! I have been upgraded to a room with a direct sea view. Her WeChat number was added to my WeChat account, and whenever I had a question or a request, she responded almost immediately. I found Riki's fluent and effortless English to be a great asset to our communication.  It was a very clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed, big balcony and the breakfast included some western choices.

My kids enjoyed the hotel a lot. Recommend to try the photo shooting session included in the hotel package, the photos were really nice taken, smooth experience with reasonable price.

Overall the hotel is good but should improve the food offered in the restaurants.

One of the best hotels I've been to 10 out of 10 on par with Intercontinental Beijing previously stayed at the nearby Intercontinental Sanya if you are choosing between these two hotels, definitely choose the crown, it is at least twice as good I especially want to thank Olivia, our best vacation I'll be back again

Hotel is clean and new, walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the complimentary photo shooting. All the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to our personal assistant during the stay, Kate, who is a super-helpful and sweet. She greeted us everyday during the stay, made very prompt reply to any of our request, helped us to find our lost item. It’s a great experience for all of our family members.

Emily delivered exceptional service with a warm greeting at check in area, she also showed around the property and breakfast time and introduction to their facilities , at the end she also got me a gift as a surprise , thanks Kitty , highly recommended

3 nights stay with my family , it’s an amazing hotel . I would go highly recommend for those going to Sanya for holiday with family. You don’t have to worry about your kids doesn’t have nice food or entertainment . These hotel facilities are well maintained . Overall experience very great . Definitely I will be going back there with my family again. Specially thanks to Jessica and Grace as they very helpful and taking care on our daily arrangement . Again, thank you to both of you .
