"I was in 2008 with my fellow in this hotel, I was looking at the photos and forgotten to review it.. the place, the Val Senales , is beautiful.. so the hotel already buys score.. Great parking in front of the hotel, very spacious rooms, clean and ordered ... nice bathroom in the room, let's say functional. The view from our room was a good one of the other hotels, since the val senales is mainly hotels and mountains ... with ice skiing.. nearby there is also a beautiful road to walk. The discreet staff and excellent kitchen, also for me that I don't eat anything ... excellent structure, beautiful also to see out"

"We just returned from a stay at this property! Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing... and for those of us who traveled so far to get there, it's even more disappointing. First of all, it's not a family hotel: there's no playground, no cold Olympic-size pool, and a superficially managed mini-club... the children aren't looked after, and I can say this with certainty, as I had to stay inside because my youngest son isn't in the age range for unaccompanied access. The children were left completely free to leave the room, even completely. The girls were on the couch with their phones. This is completely unacceptable to me!!! It's not my habit to disparage the work of others, but in this case, it's a huge responsibility... in the evening, there's nothing for the children except a 30-minute mini-club in a room without oxygen, probably the fallback solution to the numerous requests from guests with children! The wait staff were friendly, even if they had considerable difficulty with the Italian language, but always helpful and smiling!"
