Location wise, it was perfect. Just a few minute walk from one of the major subway stations in Seoul. Felt quite safe returning late at night. But the room furniture is showing signs of wear and tear. The mattress was beginning to sink. The lighting was too dim. Even in the broad daylight, the room remained dark. The uploaded photo of the bathroom area is lot brighter than it actually was. It was supposed to be non-smoking, but smoke order lingered in the toilet room – had to spray it with Febreze when using the toilet. Had a major issue with the room key card multiple times. The front desk staff gave various reasons as to why the door wouldn’t open. It was finally fixed after the third time of total inconvenience and frustration. Totally unacceptable. The only redeeming part of this stay was the lovely housekeeping staff who went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was clean and well provided for in a timely manner.

The hotel was in a good location 5 minutes from dangsan station line 2 and 10 minutes walk to han river ( you should use the station walk to cross the highway) , staff was good and helpful , room service staff was great too ! Its worth the price !

Very unique boutique hotel. Overall was good. But not quite for me as dark theme is not my cup of tea.

The location is good, easy to get to the Inchon International Airport. The staff is friendly and ready to manage all problems if you have.

Overall the place was good, staff can speak english so if you’re worried about that you’ll be ok. They’re super nice too. You can also use papago to speak aswell. We stayed in the premium jacuzzi room, the jacuzzi itself we didnt use it may look dirty but im sure thats because of wearing. Location wise theres a bus station about a 3 mins around the corner aswell as various food and shopping nearby. I’d come back and would suggest you give the place a rey.

Service and location are all great. The equipment and environment also exceeded expectations. It was a great accommodation experience.

Although it is a distinctive industrial-style hotel, the towels are rather old, and the bathtub in the loft seems superfluous and poorly maintained. However, its location is great, making it convenient to go anywhere, but the sound insulation is just so-so.

Everything was top-notch. From the amenities right through the service. Superb rooms for the pricepoint.

Honestly disappointed. Tourist hotel but no English speaking front counter. Lobby is small. Carpets are dirty. Service is decent only. Room is ok but feels like ikea furniture all around. Even the toilet table is not fixed but loose furniture.

Faced some issue regarding check-in timing and it was rectified by Trip.com at the end of the day. Do note that weekdays check-in 4pm, weekends check-in 5pm. This info was not stated anywhere so if you have plans to check in and rest early .. I suggest you book other hotels instead. They allow you to leave your luggage before check-in if you reach earlier. Opposite the hotel has a supermarket if you want to do last minute purchase (no tax refund). Around the area have several restaurants, olive young, convenience stores.

Staff very friendly, big space and appreciated both bath and shower. It's slightly out from the centre but nice local area and easy to get to the subway. Bed was comfortable and large. Some oddities in the room layout and not much natural light, some cooking facilities were present but wasn't really geared to be functional. Washing machine a bonus although improvised drying racks needed. Overall would recommend

Always glad to be back in this hotel in Seoul. Car parking is also very convenient

Hotel is good, rooms are good and decent size, have private jacuzzi in room which is good. Like the style of room with price. Can recommend if you wanna soend quality time with partner.
