"There were ants in the room which was why I gave it 3 stars. It crawled all over our phone on the table. We thought it was just a random few and didn't bother about it. To our horror, we later found out when we reached home the next day. They got into the plastic bag of bread (which wasn't sealed) which we bought on the day we check-in from KLIA2. Also, I dropped my handbag on the floor and my bag was covered in dust 😵💫 The floor was cold. Best to bring your own slippers or get disposable bedroom slippers to wear. Other than that, this is my second time staying here. It's a very convenient place to stay for a few hours or a night before catching a flight at KLIA2 or KLIA. Free shuttle to KLIA was great. Also, it's not far from the Mitsui free shuttle stand available at KLIA2."

"I've stayed here multiple times and always find it exceptionally convenient for travelers departing from T1. The hotel offers a shuttle service directly from the airport, and it's also just about a 15-minute walk. The breakfast provides a wide variety of delicious options. The bedding is clean and comfortable, wake-up calls are available, and its close proximity to the terminal makes shopping and dining very convenient. While I haven't encountered any Chinese-speaking staff during my various stays – perhaps just bad timing – it hasn't negatively impacted my overall experience."

"We were here for a short stay before our next flight. The location was good, only 15 minutes away from the airport, the downside being there's no public transports and you will have to take grabcar to get there. We checked in very late, around 4am in the morning and it was a smooth check in. We had a good rest before our next flight. Room was not so big, but there's space for us to pray so that's a plus. It has everything basic and that's more than enough for us. Thank you for having us."

"This hotel is outside the terminal al 2 only 3 minutes walk from arrivals hall. It is within a mall environment with food hall conveniently downstairs and at lot of stores are open 24 hours. Uniqlo h and m Watson and a hairdresser are there. Great food options banks and money exchange. The hotel is very clean. Reception is efficient and helpful. The rooms are very small but bathrooms are well appointed with soft towels and amenities. No bath. Sheets are nice and crisp. Great pillows. Water coffee and tea. I was there for a transit stay overnight and it was just perfect for this. Would not want to stay much longer than a few nights. Recommend for this type of stay."

"The hotel offers a free shuttle service and is about a 20-minute drive from the airport. We stayed in a twin room on the 15th floor — it was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Location: This hotel is located close by to the KLIA and makes it strategic location to stay if have early flight in the morning. Concern 1: During checkin, we were provided 2 keys to rooms and on opening door, found it to be OCCUPIED by other guests (both rooms). Fortunately, they were in decent state. Had to return to front desk and assigned to new rooms. Front Desk team should be aware of which rooms are occupied / available to avoid this kind of issues. Concern 2: Airport shuttle was packed in the morning due to guests not pre-booking their slots. We informed that we needed the 6am shuttle for 3 pax but had to wait for a 2nd shuttle because there were too many other guests heading to KLIA (most without pre-booking). Hotel should prioritize on those who had pre-booked their seats. Facilities: Adequate but didn't have opportunity to use."

"This capsule transit is very conveniece for traveller to have a short stay at the KLIA2. Near to the bus station and e-hailing station in KLlA2. Traveller also conveniece for looking meal or coffee shop at the midnight."

The building also felt secure, with keycard access to the rooms and elevators. While the facilities like the gym and pool were adequate, they could use a little refresh. Housekeeping was regular but could be more thorough in some areas. Overall, it’s a great option for business travelers or short-term stays in Cyberjaya, offering good value and a strategic location."
