This private hot spring hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were completely charmed. The Japanese-inspired decor created such a cozy atmosphere, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles throughout. Check-in was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade! A special shout-out to the private hot spring in the room! Soaking in the wonderfully warm bath at night, with complimentary tea and bath salts thoughtfully provided nearby, was pure bliss. My body instantly relaxed, and all my fatigue melted away. The water quality of the bath was impeccably clean, which was incredibly reassuring. The room amenities were also impeccable. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I fell asleep the moment I lay down. The toiletries had a subtle, refreshing scent that felt lovely to use. Breakfast was a semi-buffet, and while the selection wasn't vast, every single item was exquisite and delicious. While the location isn't in the city center, its peacefulness is a huge plus. A very lovely stay! Everything was great! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathtub was big and deep, and the meals were delicious! There’s also a very friendly cat!

The moment we stepped into the courtyard, we were transported to a Japanese onsen hotel, exuding a strong, minimalist aesthetic. We opted for a package that included both breakfast and lunch, which offered incredible value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful; they even upgraded our room! Soaking in the private hot spring within our room felt wonderfully relaxing and private. We also appreciated the complimentary welcome fruit. We had a very relaxing weekend, and it was absolutely worth it!

The hotel boasts a quiet location, yet it's only 500 meters from the city center, offering plenty of dining choices. Changfeng Park and Ocean Park are also conveniently nearby. The rooms are spacious with excellent soundproofing. The bathtub, in particular, is generously sized and easily accommodates two people. Complimentary Japanese bath salts are provided upon check-in. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. A delicious complimentary set lunch is also available. Highly recommended, especially if you love a good soak!

The in-room bathtub was incredibly comfortable! The room itself was clean and cozy. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and a charming bonus was being able to feed the rabbits and koi fish. What's more, the room rate included a generous breakfast and a set-menu lunch, which offered fantastic value for money. The breakfast, in particular, was delicious. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't quite powerful enough, making the room a bit warm at times.

This hotel is truly dreamy!!! I adored the hot spring tub in the room!! I wasn't nervous to use it because all of the room was so clean and fresh!!! The front desk staff were kind, helpful and a joy to speak with! Breakfast was amazing and I was given fresh fruits to have after a nice long soak. It was so relaxing to feed the koi fish in the garden and chat with the rabbits. They even have a very loved cat who guards the door!! This place was totally a 10 out of 10!! I'll be coming back again soon!!!!

Very good experience and service!

Definitely overrated. Dirty carpets in hallways, and they use a fragrance in the hotel that is quite strong and disturbing. Probably it’s also artificial and an endocrine disruptor. The room had stains on sofa and chairs. The water is tap water and they give you some artificial bath salts full of colorants that I believe are dangerously unhealthy. It was a quiet stay, but definitely not worth the money they charge for the rooms.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. There are rabbits that my girls loved. We are all very happy with our stay.

Weekend away for our anniversary. Was lovely. Flowers on the bed, towels folded into swans, bubbles in the fridge.
