It's well known the reviews on Trip, especially for local hotels, are just fake but this case was probably the most blunt example I've seen. It's very cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. Especially the smell of cigarettes and lack of cleaning was annoying. The beds were quite nice though.

This is my favorite hotel/inn in Shanghai. The price is very reasonable for Shanghai, it's only about a 12 minute walk to the Shanghai Zoo subway. The rooms have hotel water. The A/C works well. But the electric outlets are limited, tho. There's only one functioning socket sometimes. But overall, it's a very good place to stay.

Regarding to fee and price, it is acceptable, but the room was so dirty

Simple hotel. Room and bed were acceptable. Bathroom shower head wasn't working properly. Whole bathroom would get wet. General area reeked cigarette smoke. Would choose other hotel next time.

Good place , very clean room , walking distance from Metro station but there is not good restaurants near by ! Rest all good

We stayed in this hotel just for few hours because we had a very early flight in hongqiao airport. Good enough for that.

Nice location and clean room. I often stay there when i need to go in the exhibition center. Just missing a nice European breakfast.

The hotel is affordable, cost effective, at an ideal location for travelers taking the trains to Shanghai Hongqiao railway station and flights at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. A million stars!

The room is literally the worst i have ever been to , bed is hard and is making too much noise , the walls are so scratched , and the place is so dirty , i found 2 insects alive inside the room

Overall it's a good stay but a bit far from downtown, suitable for business travellers that wish to stay in Hongqiao area, they accept foreigners to check in and its located within quiet neighbourhoods.
