The disposable slippers were incredibly flimsy; they broke after just one use and didn't even last until the next day. Cleanliness: Acceptable. Environment: The bear at the entrance is very cute. Service: I had a question about the gym – is access really limited to only one entry per key card? First night mini-bar: It included one sweet and one savory cookie, and a canned soft drink.

Facilities: The bathroom was so cramped, we constantly had to squeeze in and out. Service: Service was acceptable, though I was a bit disappointed there were no mini wontons this time, only custard buns. Ambiance: The ambiance was decent. Cleanliness: Acceptable. First night mini-bar: The cookies were already crumbled when I opened them 😛.

We booked this hotel while visiting Wujiaochang with my child. It's quite a new hotel. On the ground floor, they offer complimentary tea, porridge, and some fresh fruit. The elevators are key-card operated for security. Overall, the room was decent. I especially appreciated that the shower had strong water pressure and no leaks. The toiletries were all verbena-scented, and the provided toothpaste was excellent. The room was advertised to have a smart assistant, but it could only play music, not control the curtains or lights.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, from the lobby all the way to the guest rooms. The facilities and amenities are very modern. Bathrooms feature smart toilets, and rooms are equipped with voice-activated controls for automatically managing lights and curtains. Complimentary late-night mini-wontons are provided, and the buffet breakfast is also quite good. Furthermore, the mini-bar offers free drinks and cookies on the first night. Overall, it's a hotel that offers outstanding value for money.

The Wujiaochang area boasts excellent transportation links, with Metro Line 10 providing direct access to Hongqiao Airport and Railway Station. The surrounding area is a bustling commercial hub, featuring major shopping malls like Bailian, Hopson One, Wanda, and Printemps. Hopson One, in particular, offers great convenience for shopping and dining. The hotel is also conveniently located near several universities, including Fudan University and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics; Tongji University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University are also easily accessible via Metro Line 10. The hotel's facilities are quite new. However, the interior design had some functional shortcomings. For instance, the bathroom door's proximity to the toilet is awkward; a sliding door would have been much more practical. The placement of the washbasin mirror directly facing the bed is also problematic, as it can disrupt sleep, especially when the lights are on. Furthermore, the lighting design is overly complex, with switches scattered inconveniently throughout the room, making them cumbersome to use. Overall, the facilities are very new and stylish. These are my personal observations after staying for several days.

Old hotel, pretty clean, hard to find taxi, better walk to Car park in order to meet a taxi

Check-in took forever due to their broken copy machine. A non-smoking room was booked but it smells cigarette all day, especially thorough bathroom ventilation. There was a cockroach under the bed which was very actively moving around the room. Breakfast was okay though. Will not go back again.

Location is superb. Convenient for my Muslim colleagues where Muslim food is round the corner.

Very good facilities and room. There is a 24-hour gym in the hotel. The room is comfortable for well equiped. It is about 10 mins away from subway statoins. And there are tons of shopping malls and a lot of restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. I will certerinaly book this hotel again.

The room and service were great. The location was great for me but I was in a specific area of Shanghai. It's a little bit further from jing'an for central stuff. Many shops in the immediate surroundings. Will stay again when needing to be in that area

The staff were really helpful with our requests and the free food and drinks provided in the lounge made the space really welcoming and hospitable. The rooms were clean and looked new. The location was just nice as we were walking distance from the train station with several malls around it. It was easy to get around and the hotel itself was easy to find. Overall a lovely stay for our first visit to Shanghai and we’ll definitely book here again.

This is my second time choosing this hotel. I like the surroundings with many shopping malls, not so touristy. Just 2 stops from Tongji University so my daughter can sleep over on some nights. The service is great, the staff will help us with any requests 😁 such as brought back the laundry for me when they done. My room can see the first sunrise in 2025😍
