Very good!! We had a very fun and comfortable stay. The kids enjoyed it. They have transfers and their staff are very warm and accommodating! Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shanghai Narada Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered—whether at the front desk, restaurant, or housekeeping—was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to 陈小姐, who truly made my stay memorable with their warmth and hospitality. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated the little details like welcome fruits & drinks. The hotel facilities were equally impressive with a bathtub & child playground . The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend Shanghai Narada Resort to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and value. I’ll definitely be returning!

good location near the airport. we stayed because the pool looks great on the pictures but in reality it is small and looks a bit neglected. the room is ok with built in speakers that can play ambient sounds but the volume can't be adjusted. I can connect using Bluetooth and play music through the rooms speakers and it's great. there is no bidet, there is a window separating the room and the toilet and there is a gap that allows to peek into the bathroom. the breakfast is buffet style and the selection and the service is quite very nice. the restaurant is nice. overall great value for money.

Near Disneyland Shanghai. Hotel provide free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Pudong airport.

The hotel is a bit dated and needs a renovation. The facilities are good but old. Staffs were friendly. The breakfast staffs and managers were able to help when we had special requests.

Vrry noce hotel and kids friendly. We stayed here for 4 nights. Very comfortable to go and back to Disneyland with shuttle bus provided. Nice breakfast with variety foods. Staffs are very friendly and trying to help us even the language barriers. We will come back again for sure.

Far from shopping areas but close to Shanghai Disneyland. Good staff but if they can speak English it will be much better and more convenience.

The service in the hotel is really good, the hotel staff attitude is warm and thoughtful.. The sanitation of the room is also very clean.. The hotel is 20min driving away to pudong airport.. The room is big and gift us an upgrade.. We spend 2 night in this hotel.. This hotel is very kid and family friendly.. have a lot of kids indoor activity.. my kid really love it..

Lovely place to stay. The hotel is a bit remote from the city but pretty close to Disneyland and pudong airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle. Breakfast has excellent choices. And the kids enjoyed playing indoors at the playground in the hotel. Recommended 👍

AMAZING AMAZING! Well if you go to Disneyland shanghai Don’t bother booking Disneyland hotel Go for this! Good: 1) Friendly staffs 2) Indoor play ground wow!!! Inside hotel itself check out my TikTok to watch more! 3) peach garden located at hotel itself 4) hi techs run by robot to deliver food 5) clean room 6) afternoon snack and biscuits Bad: 1) no washing machine and laundry service so not suitable to stay long term 2) no joining room so family hard to stay together 3) not found in google (sigh) All good!

The front office staffs are all very helpful, they are proactive in solving problems. Self service laundry and dryer are available.

First time in my life for a upgrade for my stay. 我的小管家is very helpful . I just text her and will get response instantly . The room is clean and nice . My daughter is very pleased with the children playground indoor and outdoor . Breakfast buffet has lots of variety. We have a shuttle to airport which only took us 20 minutes . The unfortunate thing is the tap of our bath tub was broken.. luckily we all manage to use it before it’s spoilt. However it can’t be fixed instantly so we can’t get to use the next day

All the staff are helpful and friendly. Room is comfortable and clean. Every night will get a lovely note and little gift 😄 . The kids love it so much .
