The Staff Are absolutely fabulous - I don’t speak any Chinese but everyone I spoke to had translation apps and were more than willing to help out. I was able to check in early and check out late at no charge and the 8th floor is a large comfortable lounge space where I was able to wait before my check in time as I had an early flight in and I am currently there again waiting for my flight out. The location is ideal being a 10 minute walk from Qufu station on line 8 and a 10 minute walk from another station on line 1. The room was excellent I had plenty of space, one of the largest beds I’ve ever had and an absolutely stunning view from the window. Everywhere was clean and tidy and I was provided with water everyday as well as someone to clean the room. The air conditioner works great which was needed as it’s been a consistent 35° throughout my trip. I’ve loved Shanghai and having somewhere safe and well connected has definitely played a part in it - I will 100% be staying here again when I visit Shanghai again in the future. Thank you to all of the team here.

I thought I would try a new place by the train station in Shanghai and the price was good but the amount of smoking that occurs in a hotel when there are signs around saying no smoking is the reason why if you have a family or don’t smoke don’t book this hotel. It’s not worth saving a little bit of money.

Modern, Convenient, and 24/7 Service!
We arrived very late (4 AM), but check-in was smooth—reception was available and welcoming. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Shanghai Railway Station, which made travel super convenient. The design is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms. Bonus: there’s a Family Mart right downstairs for quick snacks and essentials. Great stay overall!

The location near railway station as well as metro line 1,3,4. Maybe because of the hi traffic, the surrounding environment not clean enough but the room still ok. The receptionist (forget the name) were very nice, helpful and thoughtful. I lose 1 of my taobao (didnt deliver) the receptionist always help me check and help me to write the complaint. Thanks

The bed was old and saggy. Shared with this front desk, hoping to change to a new room with better bed but they shared it’s an old hotel, all beds have the same issue. They offered to flip the bed tho and the service staffs promptly came and do it. Not much difference, it was still saggy but slightly firmer.
Location - strategic, next to Shanghai Railway (10-20mins walk, depending on which Exit you take).

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the subway station, and surrounded by excellent amenities. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, offering a wealth of travel advice and assistance. The hotel boasts unique decor, creating a distinctive atmosphere. Staying here was wonderfully relaxing; the room was clean and quiet. It was pure bliss to take a shower and then just lie in bed watching a movie! Every detail was meticulously thought out. The bed was comfortable, and the front desk even provided a detailed local map and comprehensive information.

No words can truly explain the level of service this hotel has provided. All the attendants at the reception had warmly welcomed us and provided a top notch service that is unparallel or any other hotel in Shanghai. If you are uncertain, this hotel truly is a must stay hotel in Shanghai. The rooms are big and staff are welcoming. I ordered pizza for room service, but I bet you it was the best microwave pizza I ever had. Lastly the lounge or the bar next to the reception was splendid, that have different kinds of Qingdao beer on the tap for you to have a deeper taste of what China has to offer you.

The hotel location is very near to the N. Zhongshan Rd metro station. Less than 5 min walk to the hotel. Out from the metro station, on your left side you will be able to see the hotel. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. In the room got small pantry with some utensils, dining table, sofa, and washing machine. You also have no worries on food as well. Many shops are selling nice and delicious food. Price also reasonable. Fruits are cheap over there. For those that like to eat dried sour plum, got one shop selling that as well. Many for you to choose from. You can even buy that in pack nicely in their convenience shop.

It wasn't as loud as I'd imagined a hotel near a train station might be. What's more, the earplugs provided effectively managed the common noise issues when groups are gaming in esports hotels. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She not only assisted me with a computer problem but also went the extra mile to bring up my food delivery. Highly appreciated!

Due to frequent late work, I often stay here instead of going home. Each time, the front desk staff are incredibly warm, and their hospitality feels truly genuine, not just a forced politeness. The rooms are also very spacious. Although the decor is quite minimalist, even with a slight industrial touch, they are exceptionally practical. Sometimes I stay here when I have to work overtime at the company and have to get up early the next day to go to work. Today's room was very nice, except that the shampoo was maliciously filled with water by the previous guest, everything was fine, but this is not the hotel's problem.

My child was woken up in the early hours of the morning. I reported it to the front desk, but they came to deal with the problem. I was told to go back to sleep with the child.
