Very beautiful and clean Hotel. In a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely Staff! I arrived early from another city and called the reception and asked for an earlier check in. It was offered with no extra cost. Although they did not speak English they made an effort to communicate effectively! 💌They also offered an airport pick up bus and called my room to make sure that I was up and ready so I wouldn’t miss the flight. 10/10 hospitality! I’ll be coming back here next time.

They called before check-in to confirm if I needed airport pickup – a very thoughtful gesture. Since I had an early flight, they also offered a breakfast pack at check-out, which was another considerate detail (though I only had an appetite for two items). Last year, in early August, I booked the same room type and had a great impression. However, due to a late check-in and an early flight, I didn't get to experience the hotel's facilities or explore the surrounding area. This time, I made sure to check in early. I took a leisurely stroll, had dinner at Xiao Yang Sheng Jian, browsed Walmart for some fruits and snacks, grabbed takeout from Pizza Hut, and picked up some hot food and drinks from FamilyMart – it was a truly satisfying experience. The room was still excellent, and the service remained warm and personable. This visit, I had more time to explore the neighborhood. Despite some ongoing road and construction work nearby, it was still a pleasant area to wander around.

I seriously wonder if the Superior King Rooms at Ji Hotel Pudong Airport are rarely occupied, considering the astonishing amount of dust I found. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard spotlight, the tissue box, the remote control, the hangers, and all the shelves; everything was visibly coated. I arrived quite late, and my child was already very sleepy, so I didn't request a room change, but I was truly bothered by it. Photos are included: Picture 1 shows the headboard spotlight, Picture 2 the shelf beside the vanity, Picture 3 the sink with vomit that hadn't been cleaned, and Picture 4 the towels... Moreover, the room wasn't even equipped with toothbrushes; I had to call the front desk to have them delivered.
