It was an amazing stay. The host made this place the best in our vacation. A friendly guy who offered us coffee and later even cooked for us twice. The food was amazing and we talked the rest of the night with him and the other guests. We had a blast and I would recommend this stay also for the very good location. We went on hikes and saw the old town. The hosts even brought is to the bus station when we had to leave!

We had a really pleasant stay! The guesthouse is easy to find and offers a soothing ambience especially at night, with a view of the majestic prayer wheel. Boss was easygoing and very accommodating he even offered us fruits and luggage storage! Highly recommended it is worth the price 😊

Good service, you can ask whatever you want and host will help you as much as he can. Location is around center of old town, you can find the food or souvenirs in there, but a bit dirty, anyway acceptable.

Very nice place. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Very good beds and bedsheets. The place has an amazing flair.

Nice host. The wife gave us a welcome fruit “pear”, so luckily. The husband drove us to Napahai with suitable price. Good location with fantastic view from the balcony to Dukezong ancient town.

The room was perfect. Even was cold outside and rooms are without AC, rooms are too warm because of the electrical blanket and radiator. Location very good, also you can find a lot of foreigner food surrendered.They owner speak very good English and can help you with any doubt.

The atmosphere of the B&B is great. The second floor has a wide view. There is a lounge on the first floor where you can rest. Snacks, fruits and drinks are all you can eat and drink. There is also a big fat cat raised by the owner that you can pet as you like. The lady will also make coffee for you. It is very delicious. I had a lot of fun and comfort just in the B&B.

Nice. The room has a free oxygen concentrator, free heating electric heater, and free electric blanket. It was nice to stay with my friends. I will stay again if I have the chance. Bye 👋 There is a big cat that keeps sleeping. I ate a lot of snacks on the first floor.

The first day I stayed on the first floor, it was too noisy. I told the front desk lady and she moved me to the second floor for the next two days. The service was very considerate and they even helped me get a taxi from the north gate. I will stay at your place again if I have the chance to visit Shangri-La in the future.

The stay was super comfortable!! The hostess was incredibly kind! We called the owner to let them know we were arriving in the ancient city, and they drove us to the entrance in a three-wheeled scooter. We didn't have to lug our luggage around the city. 🥺🫶 Our two nights at Shangri-La were incredibly comfortable!! The experience was fantastic. You could enjoy snacks and fruit in the lounge. Our ticket was early, at 7:20 AM, so they even offered to send us off. The hostess was incredibly kind, getting up at 6:00 AM to drive us out of the city in a three-wheeled scooter. 😭😭 The cats in the shop were so nice to pet! It was a shame they ignored me! The overall experience was fantastic, and you could even see the prayer wheels! Highly recommended!!

The B&B environment is absolutely perfect! 💯! The room was spotless and tidy, decorated in a distinctly ******* style. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the amenities were all new, and there was plenty of hot water. The owner's attention to detail was evident in every detail. The most amazing thing was the rooftop terrace. At night, the view of the starry sky was breathtaking! If I ever return to Shangri-La, I would definitely stay here again! The value for money was fantastic, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the owner for making our trip so perfect! 💖

We arrived at the ancient city gate very late and it was raining heavily. The owner even drove a convertible to pick us up. There was a chubby kitten in the shop. The owner was very polite and even made coffee for us. This was the most satisfying experience I had during my trip to Yunnan.

It's located near the north gate of Dukezong Ancient Town. Take a taxi to the north gate, and the owner will call you and pick you up in his ultra-fast off-road scooter. His driving skills are exceptional. 👍 There's a mountain-sized cat called Guoba in the shop, who's incredibly good-tempered and can be rubbed with anything you want! The owner also feeds us delicious coffee and snacks and fruit. 😋😋 The rooms are spread over two floors, and we stayed on both. The first floor is a bit bright at night, and getting to the second floor requires a steep spiral staircase (the owner will help with luggage). The rooms are all made of wood and are equipped with an oxygen machine, humidifier, heater, and electric blanket. My friend and I had a very comfortable three-day stay there, and we'd love to stay here again next time we're in Shangri-La. ^^
