The hotel staff were really friendly, and service was quite prompt. Our room wasn't huge, but it had a very good layout. The best part was how quiet it was at night. The toiletries and other amenities were also decent. My only slight disappointment was the lack of coffee or tea bags in the room's refreshment area. Breakfast, served on the 8th floor, offered a good variety of options, and the taste was acceptable.

My stay at CitiGo Hotel this time was an absolute win! It completely exceeded my expectations. The subway station being right next door was incredibly convenient, meaning I didn't have to rush out early in the mornings. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the quality of the toiletries was excellent. One evening, when I needed hot water, I simply called the front desk and it was delivered to my room very promptly. Booking through Ctrip was a breeze, and the check-in process upon arrival was direct and seamless. All in all, a truly top-notch experience!

Excellent facilities and a comfortable environment. The rooms are spotless and tidy, and the staff are incredibly polite. Breakfast served until noon is such a thoughtful touch! Convenient subway access nearby makes it my top choice for business travel. They even offer late-night supper with delicious mini wontons. This chain hotel was definitely the right pick! I've already recommended it to my colleagues. Oh, and they even made me a coffee, which was fantastic!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Nanshan Science Park. With metro and bus stops very close by, getting around is incredibly convenient. The hotel lobby offers plenty of comfortable seating areas and even charging stations, which is extremely convenient! The staff are young and vibrant, providing prompt and responsive service with excellent attitudes.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right opposite Shenzhen University and next to Tencent Headquarters, with all amenities conveniently located nearby. Being a Huazhu brand, we felt confident in our stay, especially impressed by the impeccable cleanliness. The service was excellent, warm, and courteous, and we even received welcome fruits during check-in. The spacious rooms ensured a very comfortable stay for our family, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was rich and varied. A particularly delightful surprise was the option to have freshly prepared wontons delivered to our room by a robot in the evening – absolutely fantastic!

The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to the subway station, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and convenience stores, making late-night food runs very convenient. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and incredibly helpful; they not only proactively upgraded me to a high-floor room with a view but also thoughtfully provided local sightseeing tips. During daily cleaning, bottled water and toiletries were discreetly replenished – such attention to detail truly impressed me. The Wi-Fi signal was consistently strong, allowing for smooth video streaming and effortless handling of light work without any lag. The value for money far exceeds other hotels in the same price range, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to this city!

Recently stayed a night with my friends. The hotel room was a little run down but still clean enough. There air-conditioning unit was placed outside the window on the balcony and it was noisy (not to the point that it was disruptive, but it was annoying) No facilities at all but for the price it is understandable, so it is more suitable for travellers who just want to rest in the room. Concerning the service I had an incident: Firstly, the hotel stated 12pm check in. We arrived around 1pm and they took 10 minutes trying to verify my documents before telling me the room was not ready yet. When asked when it would be ready they took another 10 minutes trying to verify when it would be done. They ended up telling me to wait until around 2pm. During this time there was also a affected guest who had issues with their service as well. While we were waiting in the lobby we ordered some drinks to be delivered (We set the address to delivery at the lobby) However during this time the room was ready. We tried to change the address so it would be delivered to our room but failed, so we left our name, order number and room number at the front desk and told them to redirect the delivery to our room. However the delivery man called us and said that the front desk knows nothing about the delivery when he arrived. We ended calling the front desk to tell them to send it to which room. Despite this, the staff were friendly and had a positive attitude. It just seems like they need to work on their communication skills as a team and also how to do tasks more systematically. All in all it's an ok place to stay.

Hotel quite good , near SZ bay and reasonable price. Not bad.
