Hotel have a beautiful lobby. Rooms are really big with very nice bathroom. Breakfast have a lot of delicious meals. Incredible hotel with swimming pool and gym. After work you can have nice chillout.

What a wonderful stay in Crowne Prince Longgang. From the ease of check in to the wonderful room. Everything was impeccable. As a business traveler, you want connectivity and a nice bed to just crash in and have your sleep. This hotel delivers. Special mention to Will Gao and Ms Luna. Will was extremely attentive and could preempt what I wanted to do as I was checking out. Took my luggages and then promptly kept them. His eyes on the ground is something lacking in many hotels. Also, I left my favourite hoodie behind at the restaurant and I was already on my way to another city. I called the hotel and Ms Luna answered the call and I told her my situation. In 45 seconds, she ran to the restaurant, found my jacket and then took down my contact and promptly arranged for the courier to send it to me asap. Thank you for saving the day as the weather changed so suddenly! Thank you both for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to Travellers.

Can enjoy lounge access at good price but hotel is a bit old and location is so-so. Breakfast wasn't too bad.

I stayed here 8 years ago and recently returned for a business trip. The hotel is still very well maintained — clean, quiet, and professionally run. It helped reduce my travel fatigue a lot. -Room: Clean and comfortable - Pool: Great water quality - Gym: Spacious and well-equipped (but I didn’t get to use it this time) - Breakfast: Tasty and exceeded expectations Location: Convenient, though some nearby road construction required a short detour to get to restaurants There are many lamb skewer restaurants nearby, but I didn’t have the chance to try them this time. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

A really old property that needs a face lift and some renovation work fast! Opposite is a construction site with work going on until 12 at night. The second issue can’t be helped but the first… 3 stars at best.   Service in the hotel was friendly and good. Gymn facilities decent and breakfast was very good. Room though was a major disappointment.

This is a very comfortable business hotel in the Longgang District of Shenzhen. The executive lounge is a great spot to get some work done, and the buffet breakfast downstairs is extensive and very good. I stayed there for four nights and would definitely stay there again. (I've actually stayed here three times over several years.)

This is not a new hotel but the hotel maintain the 5stars international hotel standard so we feel comfortable to stay at this hotel. The only minus points is the food at the cafe is a bit pricey. Others are all good.

Second stay in this property. Location is conveniently located near to 深圳大运体育馆 and the major shopping mall connected. Great service from the front desk and concierge staff.

Excellent service! Great breakfast! The room also big size. Facilities awesome! The staffs there are very friendly and helping. Ms. Yolanda and few staffs also help me a lot looking for my jacket that i thought i left it in the hotel.

Hotel was far from city center but it was big spacious. My son enjoyed the bath tub too much. Hotel went above and beyond with a little good luck gift package for my son and a cake for my husband's bday. They even designed the bed upon arrival. My son's only concern was there was no bidet. Buffet food was really good. Wide assortment. Dinner was top notch (foie gras, fresh sashimi)
