The location is super convenient, with a subway station nearby and plenty of dining options right downstairs, making food delivery a breeze. The hotel's security measures are excellent; the front desk carefully verifies food deliveries and visitor information, which made me feel very safe and secure during my stay. When I checked in with my luggage, the staff proactively helped me bring it to my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. While I hope they might consider more convenient trolleys in the future, I understand that not everyone has a lot of luggage. My initial room had a slight odor, but the hotel promptly addressed and resolved the issue after I reported it. Their service attitude and efficiency are commendable. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the pho was delicious with flavorful toppings. They also offered late-night snacks. A couple of restaurant staff members had a rather mediocre service attitude, but the front desk and cleaning staff I encountered were all very enthusiastic. Overall, I had a good stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Excellent hotel! You see it right as you step out of the elevator, making it incredibly convenient. It's only 45 minutes to the airport. The hotel's design is beautiful, and the facilities are great. There's even a luggage rack, so you don't have to bend over. The hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
