Very friendly and helpful check in staff. Breakfast was reasonable

The wallpaper in the room was torn and the smell in the room was bothersome. The large public bath was nice, but the times were alternated between men and women, so I couldn't use it when I wanted, which was disappointing.

Although the facilities are old, they are good value for money and the rooms are spacious. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from Shimonoseki Station, so it's great for walking around.

OK hotel but very expensive for the quality: the equipment is old.

子供のイベントのため山口に行きました。 とても年季の入ったホテルですがとても親切でサービスなど大満足です。部屋も広くてまた利用したいです。

ホテルの場所は良かったが、室内が古さを感じる。 朝ご飯付きで宿泊したので、朝ご飯は良かった。

無法定位，無法溝通，無法聯繫，一點誠信都沒有，更本沒有人管理，太差了，簡直糟糕透頂了，最差的一次訂單

オートロックでありませんが、落ち着く部屋でした。鏡を見ながらドライヤーできるコンセントがあるとベストてわすね。

깔끔하고 쾌적한 환경에서 잘 쉬었다 갑니다. 기회되면 또 이용할께요^^
