VERY NICE EXPERIENCE~ Large and clean room, nice staff and breakfast!

Staff unfriendly, don’t keeping up with agreed appointments for spa and massage. Require to pay cash and don’t accepting credit cards.

The room was spacious. Staff were okay and accommodating most of the time. We had problems with the room temperature being too hot and the only solution given was "open the window." However, it did become better the next day. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel location abit far from city centre, but it convenient to travel by bus or taxi, room are great, only that aircond was not on during autumn, if aircon is a must then this is not for you
