It is a shame that I didn’t get welcome drink and the staff didn’t actively help with luggage when checking out. The hotel is a bit crowded and noisy. No fresh coffee for breakfast as well. It is an affordable choice for families and couples. The room is spacious but I don’t see any highlights during the experience.

Clean and big room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prepared breakfast for us when requested as we have booked a sunrise ang kor wat tour. Location is about 15 mins walk away from old market and pub street. Hotel is located away from the bustling area but safe to walk at night. There is a heritage walk mall beside hotel with starbucks, swensen and a few restaurant. Breakfast spread is okay. There is a spa within the hotel but seems quiet with no one around. We contacted relax spa that offers pickup from hotel which is 3mins via tuktuk.

Good services, good food good pool. Nice people nice guys~~

The people who works in the hotel are one the worst that I have seen in my life. At the beginning, they confused the reservation and at the end they run in hurry due to pay an account that I had never consumed. Really, I don’t recommend the place

Clean and good to sleep on

We stayed from November 6th to 10th, came to see Ankor. The hotel is clean, cozy, and quiet, with no noisy establishments nearby. It's a 10-minute walk to the party scene. We never even used a tuk-tuk. We booked a guided tour with a private car right from the hotel. It was inexpensive, fun, the car was new, and the driver was great.

A wonderful hotel, centrally located yet in a quiet corner. Lots of greenery, a beautiful pool, huge rooms, and delicious breakfasts.

After a very unpleasant experience at my previous hotel, I switched to Koulen. The comparison made it so much easier to appreciate how great it is! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool is very comfortable. The location is also great, within walking distance to Bar Street and many delicious restaurants. Overall, choosing Koulen was the right choice ❤️

The facilities are well-maintained and clean. The staff always greet you with a smile and are kind and courteous when it comes to responding to our requests. When I emailed them in advance to request a surprise birthday party for my family, they made the bed and provided a cake free of charge. The pool has an open feel and the chairs, towels, and bar facilities are more than adequate, and the cleaning is impeccable. The only issue I had was with the room I stayed in, where the air conditioner in the living room was quite loud and annoying, but this was resolved by using a ceiling fan in combination with the air conditioner in another room. The food selection is not extensive, but there was a sufficient variety available. Overall, this is a hotel I would highly recommend.

The service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful and gave us a large suite directly, which was very generous. Even during off-peak hours, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic and proactive in going the extra mile to help. The location is very close to the city center, highly recommended!

The hotel is very beautiful. The pool is beautiful, comfortable and at a good temperature. Beautiful large rooms, but the living room seems a bit empty due to its large area. Nice balcony, but the outdoor furniture is not very comfortable, it would be possible to put something better. Good breakfast, very friendly staff, ready to help with any question. Cleaning is so-so, the plumbing was not washed at all, an empty toilet paper roll was found under the bedside table, once they did not put water. Not enough forks / spoons / knives in the kitchen. Not bad SPA, reasonable prices, even for some services cheaper than in good massage parlors in the city, but the interior design is a little below the level of the hotel.

You have to walk a little from Pub Street and the Old Market. *It's about 10 minutes. It may seem far if you have small children, but it's actually not that far. There aren't many restaurants around, but there were burger shops and other delicious places. There was a store nearby where you could buy beer, coke, etc. The pool was nice.

The hotel is very distinctively decorated and has a beautiful swimming pool. The location is very good. There are delicious restaurants, coffee shops and juice shops a few minutes south. This hotel is especially suitable for four people to travel. There is a large living room for entertainment together, and it is close to the swimming pool. The balcony has a beautiful view. The one-bedroom and one-living room I stayed in this time is close to the road. The night in Siem Reap is very quiet and basically did not affect my sleep. The breakfast is delicious. I like cream tomato soup and coconut milk sago very much. The downside is that the bath water is hot and cold. There is an induction cooker and a microwave in the room, but there is no washing machine that tourists need.
