Had a pleasant stay at Hilton Orchard Singapore recently. Loved it that the location was very convenient to access the malls nearby, to get food and to get some shopping done just a short walk from our room The staff at the hotel were very welcoming which made the stay even more enjoyable The swimming pool didn't look like much though, but the gym was well equipped and spacious Would definitely consider Hilton Orchard Singapore for another stay

Excellent service, spotless cleanliness, and a convenient location. This hotel is very popular, and it's easy to see why. It will definitely be our top choice for our next family trip. A classic and abundant selection of Singaporean multicultural cuisine is available for breakfast in the executive lounge.

The hotel is right inside Mandarin Gallery, surrounded by many restaurants like Chatterbox and Estate buffet. If you're looking to shop on Orchard Road, this is a great place to stay. It's clean, hygienic, and the rooms are very new. Highly recommend!

The network setup was a bit odd, but the location and ambiance were great. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The gym was huge, and it even had apples and lemonade, fully equipped!

Simply love Hilton and appreciate their gesture making our birthdays a special one. Felt so valued that some staffs recognise me and making me feel like part of the Hilton family. Especially thanks to Uncle William!

From the moment I checked in at Hilton Singapore Orchard, I knew this hotel aimed to impress—and largely, it succeeded. Perfectly sited in the heart of Orchard Road, it combines luxury, modern amenities and convenience into a stay that caters to both leisure and business travellers.

Newly renovated with a great atmosphere, convenient transportation, and very nice staff. Singapore is a lot of fun. It's safe, and many people speak Mandarin, making communication easy.

I felt that the hotel staff showed preferential treatment towards white guests. During breakfast buffet, they intentionally reserved the convenient front tables for white guests and seated Asian guests further back.

Great location is good and easy to get to and there are plenty of food choices and shopping choices and the room itself is pretty comfortable.

Hilton is located right in the middle of orchard road and great location. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.

I compared many hotels before finally choosing Hilton. Pros: This hotel is probably the newest one on Orchard Road. First of all, it definitely doesn't feel like the domestic budget hotels many people in the reviews claimed it to be. The overall environment, from the lobby to the guest rooms, is quite good, and the room size is acceptable, considering it's in Singapore. The front desk and housekeeping staff can all speak Chinese (though you'll need English when calling), and I didn't experience any of the alleged discrimination. Everyone was very polite and patiently answered questions. The location is super convenient, right in the middle of Orchard Road, between Orchard MRT station and Somerset MRT station. It's very easy to get around by subway; I used it almost exclusively for several days (clear signage and available seats). There are many food courts in the nearby malls. On the 5th floor, there's the popular Chatterbox restaurant, and ION Orchard has Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Jumbo Seafood, neither of which were very crowded. Also, the bathroom has a double vanity, which is very convenient. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on it. I usually wake up around noon and just head to a nearby restaurant for brunch anyway. Cons: The cleanliness needs improvement, mainly the bedding. The pillows really had an odor and there were some black lint-like specks. Overall: I recommend staying here. Good hotels in China during peak season also start at 2000+ RMB, so this hotel offers very good value for money. And to all durian lovers, you absolutely must try 99 Old Trees~

The location is very convenient, with numerous shopping malls nearby. The staff were also exceptionally warm and polite. The room was spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping was meticulous. Before I left, I had my phone charger scattered on the bedside table. Upon my return, I found that the cleaner had thoughtfully coiled it up and neatly put it away. This was incredibly considerate!

Hotel location in the shopping mall area, but not near mrt, 8 mins walk to mrt station. Besides, long waiting for check in and the swimming pool is small.
