Best Western Terminus Hotel Reviews

Very bad location so don't book it unless you need to be near Sofia Central Station for your onwards travel. The room was a lot smaller than in the pictures and were missing furniture that was supposed to be included in the room. The room smelled really bad as well. The only good thing was the reception staff. Overall it's not a 4 star property, it's a 3 star at most. I've stayed at a lot better 2 star properties worldwide and paid a fraction of the price for them. The breakfast was the icing on the cake and not in a good way. I actually booked 3 nights and left after one night, that's how much I hated being there

The door frame fell when I was in the room. Was told to wait an hour for the manager to address it. Have been trying to contact the hotel but no response and email they provided trip is invalid.
