I have stayed there a lot, we used to like to stay here ever visit to Jakarta a few times a year. The last 2 visits we have even booked extra rooms or brought family over. For reference the screenshots are of a video I sent them showing 9 flies on one window in the spa, the spa of all places. It was like that for 2 days I visited the spa in a row which is quite disgusting for a SPA!!! But this time their cold plunge is broken, the steam room was cold and the area spa area was filled with flies. It’s really not nice sharing what is meant to be a relaxing area with flies The was a leak on the floor upstairs that had been there a little while and the floor was soggy. Last time the jacuzzi was cold and the steam room was also cold. It’s really been a bit disappointing the last couple of visits. Do you have processes in place to check the equipment? Who is allowing the flies to remain in the area every day, it’s a bit disgusting. Are they not being checked properly or are people just ignoring the proper cleaning? Their response to the complaint was poor. I even had to chase it up a third time to get a response which i think was the most disappointing part for a repeat customer who brings guests every year. I can forgive mistakes but the same problems again and again annoys me. But I’m a bit believer in seeing how people rectify their mistakes (turn a negative into a positive). But if given a chance to make amends and you ignore it and the. Come back with a lackluster apology on my third time of contacting you- then it’s time to leave a review and hope that makes them take things more seriously. Property is a little dated but everything works and the room was clean. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the in room dining was decent too.

I stayed at JW Marriott from 15–18 August and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect place to relax after a day out. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes and attentive restaurant staff making every meal enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful environment for rest. Overall, my holiday was made extra special by the hospitality and high standards of JW Marriott, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and outstanding service.

Location is central but about 5mins from the metro and shopping mall. Breakfast is fantastic and a must try. Rooms are a bit dated but that is the Marriott look.

The Executive Lounge was a standout: • Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views. • Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented. • Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping. The breakfast buffet at Sailendra Restaurant was exceptional — one of the best in Jakarta. A diverse spread of international and local dishes, live egg and noodle stations, vibrant tropical fruits, cold-pressed juices, and artisan breads made for a lavish yet balanced start to the day. Beyond the hotel, its central location puts you steps from upscale malls (Lotte Shopping Avenue, Pacific Place), fine dining, and major business hubs — making it ideal for both leisure and corporate travel. Verdict: JW Marriott Jakarta delivers quiet luxury with heart. It’s polished but never pretentious, spacious yet personal. For travelers who appreciate details, consistency, and calm in the middle of a bustling city — this is where Jakarta slows down and shines

The hotel facilities are a bit dated. I'm a repeat guest, but this stay was quite disappointing. I specifically booked a king bed, but I was assigned a standard room instead. They claimed the hotel was fully booked. While they did offer some complimentary fruit upon check-in as a goodwill gesture, it wasn't what I needed.

The location in SCBD is excellent, just half an hour's drive from the airport. The room was incredibly spacious, and from the window, all you could see were skyscrapers.

Top notch classic 5 star hotel. Hospitality and service are above expectation. Room facility is ok. Kind of "classic" but very well maintained. Dinner and Breakfast menu is excellent. Taste really good. But not many place for kids to play around the hotel (I think this hotel is more for business traveler rather for family)

Absolutely fantastic stay they went above and beyond in every aspect from complimentary fruit platter to late check out. Truly a 5 star luxury experience with JW Marriott as always.
