It's a century-old mansion that retains its original blue brick and wooden beams, stair corridors, and staggered terraces, all while embracing a Wabi-sabi and New Chinese low-saturation aesthetic. The misty grey paired with old wood tones creates a very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those who love photography. The location is excellent, peaceful yet central, and even better, there's a mini-park right below! The soundproofing in the rooms is also great! **Facilities:** Very well-equipped, with excellent attention to detail! The bedding is high-quality and very comfortable, and the toiletries are nice. **Hygiene:** Extremely clean, practically spotless – something many hotels struggle to achieve! **Service:** The front desk guy and the concierge lady provided excellent service. They were enthusiastic but not overbearing, maintaining a professional distance! (For this alone, I'd definitely stay here again next time.) **Unexpected Delights:** Considering I was traveling with a high schooler, they upgraded my room for free and even provided afternoon tea and breakfast for my child! (Highly recommend the parent-child suites for those with kids.) I especially want to commend the hotel's afternoon tea – both the drinks and cakes were excellent and delicious. The welcome fruit was very fresh! Breakfast was substantial, generous in portions, and offered a wide variety! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. If it weren't for my child needing to go back to school, I would have stayed a few more days! (I'll be back next time!)👍👍👍👍👍

The room was incredibly spacious, and the two hot spring pools were a huge hit with the kids – they loved how warm they were, and we didn't have to worry about them being too noisy and disturbing others. The butler was very thoughtful, contacting us beforehand to confirm our check-in time and ensuring everything like fruit and snacks was perfectly prepared. It was a truly relaxing stay!

Our stay at Yueyin Chongqing Courtyard was truly exceptional. From the moment we stepped out of our Didi, we were greeted with warm hospitality that immediately made us feel welcome. The receptionists, Xiaolei and Xiaoqing, were incredibly friendly and efficient. Check-in was completed quickly, and they personally escorted us to our room while introducing the hotel's facilities and amenities. They also thoughtfully shared local sightseeing and food recommendations around Ciqikou, which was greatly appreciated. The service was outstanding. The staff took the time to explain the various complimentary perks included with our stay, such as free beer for two, complimentary evening soup, an afternoon tea set, and even informed us about the live singing performance held at night. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese courtyard style, offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere away from the bustle of the ancient town. The surroundings are serene and relaxing, making it an ideal retreat. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the large hot spring tub, along with the complimentary bath bomb and rose petals that added a luxurious touch to our stay. During our free time, strolling around the courtyard and taking photos was a delight, as every corner was picture-perfect. The hotel's location is also very convenient for exploring Ciqikou Ancient Town. Whether it is the environment, service, facilities, or location, everything is impeccable. This is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Ciqikou, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

She's practically an old friend now – I don't even need to say much; she always remembers my preference for a quiet, high-floor room and has my key card ready in advance. The check-in process is always efficient and smooth, and she'll greet me like an old friend, asking things like, ”How many days are you staying in Chongqing this time?” or ”Did you try that restaurant I recommended last time?” That perfect level of familiarity makes me feel at ease. Kathy's thoughtfulness is also hidden in the details: she notices my flight schedule and proactively offers a late check-out. If she sees I have sports gear, she thoughtfully lets me know when the gym is least crowded. This feeling of 'being remembered' adds a touch of warmth to what could otherwise be a cold business trip. She never slacks off just because I'm a regular; instead, she shows even more meticulous care, turning every encounter into a warm 'reunion.' This time, I chose the Regent Chongqing for my birthday, and it turned out to be an absolutely brilliant decision! Surprisingly, even for someone accustomed to staying in five-star hotels, I was still blown away. The entire experience can be described as 'impeccable.' 🏨 About the Room and Divine Service: The room was spacious, and the round bathtub in the bathroom, coupled with the vanity, exuded a high-quality feel. What surprised me most was the 'butler cabinet' design in the room! Deliveries and laundry services were completely contactless, protecting privacy and being incredibly convenient. This detail truly impressed me! I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Doreen! Her service was truly attentive and gentle, impeccable to the core 💯. From pre-check-in communication to various needs after checking in, she anticipated everything and arranged it perfectly, just like a long-time friend. 🎂 Birthday Surprise: Upon returning to the room, I found a delightful surprise prepared by the hotel – a lovely birthday cake and illuminated 'HB' letters, creating a full sense of occasion! On the ground floor, we could also take photos for free and print out a customized 'Regent Daily' with our photos and names. The butler also arranged fresh rose petals, lemon slices, bath salts, and even hydrating masks and steam eye masks for the bathtub. Soaking in the tub was truly therapeutic 🛁. 🌃 The Top-Tier Rooftop Bar 'Two Rivers Bar': The highlight of the evening was definitely the rooftop bar! The view was absolutely top-notch! It offered a panoramic view of Chongqing's stunning night scenery and the confluence of the two rivers. Listening to the romantic live band (the cello and singer were very classy), enjoying the evening breeze, gazing at the dazzling lights, and sipping some drinks – the ambiance was simply phenomenal 🍷. Every photo taken looked like a masterpiece! Overall, Regent Chongqing not only boasts excellent hardware but also seamlessly blends 'luxury' and 'warmth' in its software service. If you're visiting Chongqing or celebrating an anniversary, choosing this place will definitely not disappoint!

The hotel decor is absolutely beautiful. The elevator is private, and the duplex suite we booked was incredibly spacious. The sofa was huge, and there's a large observation balcony directly facing Chaotianmen, which offered a prime view for the Saturday night drone show! The room was impeccably clean, and the air freshener smelled lovely. The bedding was super comfortable, almost like what you'd have at home, not those stiff, plain white sheets you usually find in hotels. All the toiletries were top-notch; the Dyson hairdryer was fantastic, and even the toilet paper was Kleenex. The projector came with a membership. The only minor downside was that breakfast was quite simple with limited choices. However, right outside the hotel, there's a street full of restaurants, including many hotpot places. A short walk takes you to Longfor Paradise Walk and Danzishi Old Street, both great for exploring. The nearby Danzishi ferry terminal has hourly departures; you can take a round trip to Hongyadong and come back by boat. I mainly used taxis to get to attractions, which was very convenient and affordable, averaging around 20 RMB per trip. There's also a mini-fridge in the room stocked with complimentary drinks.

Choosing Niccolo Chongqing for my trip was absolutely the right decision; the happiness of the entire journey began the moment I stepped into the hotel. The high-altitude lobby instantly revealed the magical essence of the mountain city, while the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room felt like a living painting. By day, I watched the river and the stacked buildings, and at night, as the lights came on, the Two Rivers night view sparkled like a galaxy – I couldn't bear to draw the curtains even when just gazing out. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, offering a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options. The Chongqing noodles were spicy and fragrant, and there was a great selection of freshly baked bread, fruits, hot dishes, and desserts. After a satisfying meal, it was incredibly convenient to head out and explore IFS and Jiefangbei, given the hotel's excellent location. I especially want to thank Mia at the front desk! She was incredibly warm, had a kind smile, and was very efficient. She thoughtfully introduced the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and nearby attractions. When we asked about the best spots for night view photos or good local food, she patiently gave recommendations, treating us like friends. Any issues we had during our stay were promptly and effectively resolved, which was truly reassuring. With stunning views, fantastic breakfast, a great location, and exceptional service (especially Mia's warmth, which added a special touch to our stay), I will definitely choose Niccolo Chongqing again on my next visit and recommend it to my friends. I discovered the most beautiful mountain hot spring in the foggy city at Bolian. It's a secluded paradise hidden within the thousand-year-old Beiquan hot spring, featuring private villa hot tubs. You can soak in ancient springs with the sound of the river as your lullaby, where Zen and nature intertwine. The endless river views transform your days into a leisurely vacation poem. Owen's service was also incredibly attentive. It's my top choice for a Chongqing getaway, offering a full dose of healing! ♨️

The evening river view is absolutely stunning! Once the hotel lights came on, the whole building seemed to glow ✨. My friend said this place is perfect for night photography, and we also enjoyed a meal there. The service was quite attentive, and the room was clean. We chose the Chongqing Marriott Hotel for our Mid-Autumn Festival trip to Chongqing. Even during the holiday, the hotel's service was well-organized, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. We stayed in a river-view room on the 30th floor facing the Twin Towers. The moment I opened the door and saw the floor-to-ceiling windows, I couldn't help but exclaim 'wow!' The view was absolutely stunning. The room was also very clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent. After a day out exploring, I could completely relax at night without any disturbances. I highly recommend the hotel's rooftop observation deck. The views are expansive during the day, and at night, as the city lights up, Chongqing's nightscape creates an incredible ambiance – perfect for taking tons of photos!
