I planned to come to Disney and accidentally booked this hotel. The experience was directly full, and I gave it five stars without hesitation! The most attractive thing is the hotel's free tour service, which does not charge any fees throughout the whole process, and there is no hidden consumption. The guide is very familiar with the Disney Park and knows the waiting situation of each project. He helps us plan the tour route reasonably, avoid the large flow of passengers, and don't have to stay up late to make strategies by yourself. If you follow him, you can punch in efficiently, which saves a lot of energy and greatly improves the play experience. The hotel environment is quiet and far away from the noise. After playing all day and returning here, you can relieve your fatigue in an instant. The public areas are well-organized and clean everywhere. There is really nothing to say about the hygiene of the guest room. The cleaning is very careful. The corners of the wall, the washstand and the shower area, which are easy to ignore, are all cleaned up. There are no water stains and dust, and the room is ventilated and airy, and there is no stuffy smell. The bedding is soft and clean, and it is very comfortable to lie down. However, I was recently touched by something else. My budget constraints disrupted my two-week stay plan, catching me off guard. I had already booked another hotel, but a young lady changed my mind. Her name is Xiang Meng. I thought she was contacting me for check-in feedback and a good review, but my unintentional complaint led her to actively help me communicate with the hotel management for a suitable extension plan. I don't know if her communication process was smooth or if she faced any challenges. In the end, although I still exceeded my budget, I felt incredibly warm and also got to know a young lady who smiles like a flower.

My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. Special commendation to Ms. Zhang Xinyi for her warm, thoughtful, and clear-headed service, always putting herself in the customer's shoes. Also, a big thanks to the laundry lady and the room attendant on the 15th floor for their meticulous care, making guests feel right at home! Furthermore, the hotel breakfast is excellent, 100 times better than those at All Seasons or Atour, and the scallion oil noodles are absolutely divine.

First off, a big shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the gentleman! The service was excellent, and he even recommended some great local spots for food, drinks, and entertainment. The hotel is super close to the Bund, making it really convenient to walk to places like the historical architecture area and Yu Garden. The breakfast at the restaurant was also very rich and varied. The bedding was comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! First off, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows really brightened my day, and the daily room cleaning was impeccable. Second, a special shout-out to the housekeeping lady – I have back issues and can't sleep on soft beds, so I mentioned it to her when I left. When I returned, I found the mattress had been flipped, and I slept incredibly comfortably. Third, the room service was prompt and polite. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the late-night noodles were fantastic – who knew I could come back at 11 PM and get a piping hot and tasty bowl of soup noodles! Lastly, the airport drop-off service was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland!

The hygiene is excellent, and there are even robots that deliver food. On the first floor, there's also a free laundry room and gym. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful. If I ever have the chance to visit this area again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

This is an older hotel in North Bund, offering the best value for money. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the location is absolutely superb. Right across the street is the riverside promenade, and if you walk along it, you'll see the Oriental Pearl Tower. Upon check-in, I received a complimentary room upgrade, and from my window, I had a direct view of the Oriental Pearl Tower. Plus, food delivery robots bring orders right to your room. Highly recommended! For this price in North Bund, it's incredibly good value! Very highly recommended!

I really enjoyed this hotel; it's quite interesting. This time, I stayed in the cheapest room type and arrived late at night, but it was still a good experience. Next time, I'll book a more expensive room for a proper staycation. Mr. Zhang at the front desk was very kind and helped me with my luggage. There was also a young lady and a security guard who helped out – everyone was really nice.

Yeah is my 1st time coming to china shanghai. Location is very convenient with beside metro station. Opposite was century park, inside park have lot excited explore. Travelling anywhere by didi also easy. Peaceful hotel
