Good service location is also very good, but I guess still need a little bit more clean in the room the all concerned person are very cooperative 

the cleanliness was good, the location was good, the service was good, the amenities was excellent, water heater gone normal, but the air condition was tribble, its seem look like a canyon in the room lol. wanna to give the feedback to the hotel but it was to night. but overall every went to subang i always choose this hotel, because with the affordable price you got a nice experiment. thanks

It's an old, shabby hotel that not recommendable. It smelt like a cig in the room, water leaked out of the air conditioner. It's also way too expensive considering the overall quality.

I booked two single rooms. The room was above the main road. If you can't sleep with a noise please not to book on to this room. Very friendly staff. As a Ramadhan, the restaurant open from 4am. The foods displayed as a buffet, if you are not doing a fasting try to ask to have breakfast ala carte when you up. But the time end on 8am. Avoid a ramadhan to booked on this hotel or make arrangements before you book.

Trying a new hotel in Subang. Betha Hotel is quite OK, cleanliness can be improved. Satisfied with the speed of Wifi in the Hotel Room.

The reception is very friendly. But the AC is leaking and not cold, a strategic place in my opinion. And the 1st room building has a glass door that opens and closes so when you smoke, it's tight, even though it's no longer a smoking room. Overall, it's ok. This price. The place is also strategic

The bathroom was not clean, the soap dispenser was empty, and I requested to change rooms, but it was not accepted.

Very comfortable, no defects at all

Breakfast is very little and the taste is not good, the taste of dinner is still okay... the price is slightly different from the hotels in Lembang. Fortunately, I just booked one night at Betha Hotel 😅
