C Tower Hotel Reviews

The hotel was ok nothing special, however I only stayed 1 night as I was just passing through. 7 11 very close along with a small market and a walk over a little bridge to the smallest named island ive ever been to in Thailand.

The staff did not prepare the room as requested. It seemed like they thought of it later and gave us a family room with air conditioning in a narrow bedroom. The bed outside was a fan. It was not comfortable. The breakfast rice porridge was so salty that we had to add hot water.

I want to cancel. I have already coordinated with Trip.com and they said the hotel is responsible. The hotel told me to contact Trip.com.

The food is delicious. The staff are lovely and the service is good.

Booked 3 rooms in total (1 room for 3 people and 2 rooms for 2 people), but when we arrived, the staff said the rooms were full even though we had already paid about 1,800 baht for the rooms. The staff just apologized and said they would refund the money, but it wasn't possible because I didn't make a reservation. The staff had to ask the owner or manager until they got 2 rooms and said that there would be an extra picnic mattress as shown in the picture. When we returned the key, the staff spoke very rudely and gave us 400 baht in compensation. I think the rooms at this hotel are okay, but they should improve the booking system and service more than this...

The room was good, but when I asked for a hair dryer, the hotel said it was not available. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. Every hotel provides this service. I would like this to be improved because it is a basic facility that a hotel should have.

Family room but the outside room has no air conditioning

I reported that the air conditioner remote was broken, but they didn't come to check it out. I've been staying here for three nights. 🥴🥴🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😴

The hotel is like a 1 Bed apartment for monthly rent. The price is reasonable for the 5xx price because the room is quite old. Many furniture is worn out due to use. But I slept well.
