Great location. Right across the street of A subway station. Very well maintained Property. The room is very clean. Thanks to our housekeeper 郭云兰.  I’ve been travel around Europe since February and this one is on top of my list. Not only service wise, but also price wise.  Thank you very much  Love Violet Wang

Rooms are great and staff generally helpful but the western restaurant was a challenge. Ordering a la carte caused panic and when my sandwich eventually arrived it and the fries were cold. Table was very sticky to touch. Not the standards normally experienced at Shangri-La..

Good location opposite a mall. Breakfast had good spread. Room is spacious and clean. Slightly old furnitures but overall had a good and pleasant stay.

The hotel is acceptable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, as evidenced by the carpets, tiles, fixtures, and furniture. However, it is clean. Although we booked rooms on the non-smoking floor, there was unfortunately a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, Apple Pay is not accepted; only cash or physical Visa cards are accepted. Breakfast was okay, but the selection was not as extensive as we had expected. Overall, the stay was okay, but considering it’s the Shangri-La, it was somewhat disappointing.
