From the moment we checked in at the front desk, we felt a genuinely warm welcome. The staff were not only efficient but also thoughtfully provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. Our room immediately impressed us with its cleanliness and brightness. The bed was perfectly made, with crisp, wrinkle-free sheets and duvet. The bathroom was equally spotless, with toiletries neatly arranged, and they even thoughtfully provided a non-slip mat, showing great attention to detail. The hotel breakfast was incredibly lavish, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options, with the enticing aroma of freshly baked bread filling the air. We had an exceptionally comfortable stay. I even signed up for a membership card and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan South Station, with a subway station right outside the door. There are also many dining options nearby, and getting to Jinci Temple by taxi was very convenient. The place was clean, and the breakfast was quite generous.

The hotel's location is fantastic! A subway station is right downstairs, and there are tons of eateries just outside. The rooms are clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Best of all, the shower water pressure is super strong! Highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. I honestly didn't want to leave! The breakfast was generous and delicious, laundry facilities were super convenient, and there are plenty of great restaurants in the area.

The room was very comfortable, and Atour's signature pillows made for a great night's sleep. The shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast, in particular, was impressive, offering a rich and diverse selection. Service was also good. A major bonus is the convenient access to Light Rail Line 2 subway station right downstairs.

Traveling with kids can be tricky, especially when they're at that 'in-between' age for hotel stays. Atour's room, with one 1.5m bed and one 1.2m bed, was absolutely perfect for us – all three of us slept incredibly comfortably. They even offered complimentary evening porridge, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. My child also received a toy and a little welcome gift! My kid loved it so much that they declared they want to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Atour, as dependable as ever. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and equipped with smart features. The service was outstanding. The underground parking was a huge convenience. We also took the opportunity to visit Jinci Temple and the Coal Museum, both of which were quite enjoyable.

The hotel has an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. The service was absolutely excellent; staff always greeted us warmly upon arrival and departure. They offer a fantastic laundry service where you can simply leave your clothes for staff to wash and dry. We also noticed staff making regular rounds even late at night, which was very reassuring. Our room was spotlessly clean, and as a thoughtful gesture upon checkout, they offered us some bottled water for our journey.

From breakfast spots just across the street to various lunch and dinner venues, you'll be spoiled for choice, all within a five-minute walk. It's also very convenient for drivers.

Traveling as a party of three, we chose this hotel based on its excellent reputation, having almost no negative reviews for the past 7 months – and it truly lived up to the hype! First off, the Atour lobby was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally well-trained. Upon our check-in as a group of three, we were immediately offered three cups of tea. They were also incredibly helpful when we asked them to reheat our takeout food. Even when the first reheating wasn't quite enough, they patiently took it back to warm it up again. The room size was just right, and the layout was very practical. A big plus was the thoughtful detail of having alcohol wipes next to the toilet. The laundry service deserves special mention. You can check the availability of washing machines and dryers on the TV. There’s a dedicated staff member handling laundry, and an ironing machine is also available. A thoughtful detail is the provision of color-catcher sheets, so you don't have to worry about dark and light clothes bleeding color. Once done, they pack your laundry and deliver it directly to your room. I highly recommend making this your last stop on your trip – it's incredibly convenient to head home with fresh, clean clothes! Breakfast wasn't included, so we purchased the 199 membership card. My favorite item was definitely the noodles – they were a true specialty! I was a bit disappointed that the freshly squeezed cucumber juice wasn't replenished, so on the second day, I made sure to grab some early. My only suggestion would be for rooms accommodating three guests to be equipped with three fire escape masks.

The room's cleanliness was excellent. It was spacious enough, and both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. As for convenience, getting to Jinci Temple is very easy, taking only about 20-25 minutes by taxi.
