everythings is good except we found a rat inside our living rooms looking for foods 😅 i think it came from the toilet , and the toilet door has a huge gap so i think it got tru the door, but outside the hotel is beautiful like bali. i really enjoy the outdoor and the biru biru cafe

I stay at room Buluh 3 , it's special and big, but the toilet got unpleasant smell...

Disebabkan check in lambat almost midnight, saya cuba minta late check out. Dapat untill 2 pm. Very helpful

love all about lost paradise. definitely will repeat again really soon after the monsoon season. all the staff & especially receptionist really helpful and very polite. 2 malay girl wearing hijab that really help a lot everytime i ask question either directly & on call. Thank you so much ❤️

Good place for family bonding.

Nice view and friendly staff. Hotel area is clean. Overall , happy to stay here. Upset a bit due to restaurant close for temporary upon Check in due to heavy wave and bad weather.

We get upgraded room. Big and spacious with the balcony sea and swimming pool view.

Nicely decorated resort. Very laid back. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that tried their very best to accommodate customer needs. I recommend that you ask for a room downstairs if you are staying in a family suite for four persons. This type of rooms are more spacious and have an outdoor seating area and direct access to the deck. Must also try the cafe, Biru Buru. Loved the atmosphere.

Hotel is beautiful with the bali concept. The room was okay but can be improve with cleanliness. The night scene was perfect. Overall is okay 👍🏼

This is what we call "Old but Gold"..maybe it is a hotel with old facilities but it really worth it if u stay here the view is so nice..

My 3 years old daughter enjoyed the children pool with 🛝…Thr foods at Biru-Biru Cafe were delicious and reasonable prices.I love the calming atmosphere …Definitely Will come again 😉

Resort ala bali.. Bilik maharaja besar & ada separate room dgn 3 single bed.. Bilik biasa ada 1 king bed.. Sofa pon besar.. Cafe cantik. Makanan sedap tapi agak mahal sikit. But it's OK. Overall OK je.. Tapi pool kena check. Takut ada Masalah lagi ya.. So far staff dh setel. Okay la..
