Due to heavy rain on the night you checked in, strong winds cut off the power lines in our hotel and the two adjacent buildings. The momentary power outage caused problems with our system data and we were unable to issue room cards. Because it was past 11pm and the technicians had already left work, the problem had to be solved the next day. The small light in the room was also burned out due to a sudden power outage, and it was not repaired in time because it was too late. After testing, the small shower head is not broken. There is a small square knob above the shower switch, which is used to switch the small shower head and the top spray water. You can switch to the small shower head by twisting it. Maybe it is not conspicuous enough so you didn't notice it. We have recently received feedback from other guests regarding the smell of sewers. After experiments, we found that the cleaning agent we poured into the sewer reacted with something inside, so it emitted an indescribable smell. We have changed the cleaning agent and now ensure that there is no more smell in the sewer. We are deeply sorry that we did not give you a satisfactory stay experience!
