Very clean, modern hotel. Everything seems like it's brand new. King bed was super comfortable, highly recommend. There was a male staff at the front desk who checked us in, we arrived around midnight, he was very friendly and spoke great english. Location is about a 15 minute drive / taxi into the city centre (be warned of the chaotic roads!)

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff and good breakfast as per the hotel standard. If ever back in Tirana, I know where to stay.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet with a wide range of Albanian and continental dishes. The swimming pool on 8th floor is fab with sun loungers and toilet. There’s music in background which adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is not in the centre buy bus ride and taxi ride not too far away.

Its a beautiful hotel, i had a great time, nice scenary but sadly the swimming pool was closed, so no access, they said its been closed since september. I would rate the hotel a 8, but they can do better on their breakfast menu, no pasta or fries. they can do better on the menu aspect but for other things i had a good experience and enjoyed myself

Excellent brand new hotel, only appeal is that the pool operate all year round. Besides the pool not functioning when I visited it was a lovely clean hotel.

Excellent service. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing too. This is a deluxe hotel and they take care in every detail.

The swimming pool was not working we had to go to another place to swim as it was hot Television not working .Food was good staff very lovely

Excellent hotel. A bit outside the city center. But close to the bus station and the 5B city bus will take you to the center for 40 LEK. Pre-arrange a text even the airport though, or you will pay $20 to get to your hotel or to the city. The hotel was a great price for what you got although I believe that the breakfast was overpriced. It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and I highly recommend the hotel. A bit odd location, but it was a nice hotel  and very convenient if you’re taking a bus to the sea. 

The service was excellent, the staffs were so helpful with everything, they helped in giving directions on buses to get on to get to different places, the breakfast options were lovely,they provided a breakfast pack because my flight was before breakfast.

Good location, clean and cozy hotel

The hotel is overall great. The room is very cosy and clean and is cheap. The customer service is SUPER B specially the people in charge in the restaurant and the food was excellent. The rooftop is scene-tic and I wish they could put more umbrella specially its too hot as well as they will have night swimming until 10-11ish and a sauna too! But in total 9/10
