I recently stayed at this hotel and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive. The room was clean, well-appointed, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated near shops and restaurants, yet still felt peaceful. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property, like complimentary water bottles and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, service, and value.

Value for money choice. Ueno is a good place to stay as each to travel to/from both Narita and Haneda airport. There is a lot of eatery near Ueno station. Need to walk 1 straight line from Ueno station, about 10 mins. Room is small. But, enough for us as just need a room to sleep.

Hotel is just few minutes walk from Ueno station (Iriya Exit) All staff are very nice. Room is abit small but enough for 2 person. Price is reasonable. Must stay again next time!

Decent walking distance from Ueno station. It is even nearer from JR line. Able to get room service everyday as long as you pplace the card outside the door before 10am daily. Bedsheet was clean and service was good. Thumbs up

Love the cleanliness of this place! Although the room was small, typical of most hotels in Japan, it was very clean and comfortable. 24 hours water and green tea at the lobby for refill, free of charge. Walking to distance to Ueno takes about 10-15mins. Family mart, 7-11, all nearby. Walking distance to Ameyoko street and OiOi mall. Overall a wonderful place!

The hotel room is small but enough. The curtain was not good to block the sunlight so maybe some extra layer is necessary to be dark after sunrise. Hotel seems a little old but it was not a problem for us. Location is good with plenty restaurants around specially during night but little far from the station (at least 10 minutes walking) what made walking until Asakusa better than use a transportation (16min walking).

The environment was decent, and they offered free luggage storage, which was helpful. It felt quite spacious and gave me the impression it might be Indian-run. I didn't order breakfast. The downstairs area was quite busy in the evenings. It's a bit of a walk from Ueno Station, but there's a Yoshinoya and a FamilyMart conveniently located along the way.

Very convenient place to stay for couple days l, really close to Ueno Station that can be easy ro reach narita airport and another interesting places in Tokyo.

Ueno Hetel is quite convenient with about 10-15 minutes walking distance from JR Ueno station.. For hotel breakfast, it’s simple but considered good taste and proper in food portion..

It’s seem far from station but near shopping street. Can delivery luggage before check in date. Nice staff

The location is not so close, around 10 mins. With the luggage 15-20 mins. Not very comf that hot water is outside room on the 1st floor. There is no kettle in the room. Big shower and toilet. Big bed.

Very nice and convenient hotel. Located in the good location where close to shopping center and Ueno station.
