This hotel is an absolute delight. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Thank you so much! My youngest daughter lost her glasses, and when I contacted the front desk staff, they were very kind and helped me mail them to another hotel. They also helped me contact the other hotel to sign the 'ya' (we don't understand Spanish).

I went with my son and the location was really good.. The parking lot was far so I left my luggage and parked, and it was more expensive than the parking fee that was listed..I think it would be good if they posted it properly. Breakfast was not as good as I thought for the price..It would have been better to eat outside.
