Had a fabulous stay at this hotel. Booked for a night to celebrate an anniversary and the hotel was very sweet to upgrade us to a gorgeous huge unit. The personal butler Xiaochen made contact via wechat two days before my arrival and sorted everything for us - restaurant recommendations and reservations, and tours and boat trips and driving instructions and maps - and answered all my questions. During our stay, she and hotel manager Kevin were very attentive and most thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. I particularly enjoyed their herbal sachet making activity. The evening turndown included a herbal foot bath which was very much appreciated after a long day of walking. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. Will return.

This is a hotel I am very satisfied with. The location is in the center of the old street and is very convenient for taking the boat. There are many delicious food around. The butler Daixi who entertained me has very good service and is full of smiles. My wife has already told me to come here next time.

We drove to the VIP parking lot prepared for us outside the Wuzhen Scenic Area, and then a full-time butler Xiao Cheng picked us up and entered the scenic area. We chose to take a cruise directly to the hotel. It was indeed a very wise choice, saving effort and enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way! Heng Yi Tang is right opposite the cruise ship pier. As soon as the boat docks, the butler is already waiting at the pier to greet you! After successfully checking in, we enjoyed the afternoon tea provided by the hotel, made sachets, and even had a foot bath to relieve our fatigue in the evening! The cruise breakfast the next morning was also a complete surprise! In addition, check out all the hardware facilities of Heng Yi Tang, which are better than 95% of five-star hotels! Next time I come to Wuzhen, I will choose Hengyi Tang!

Very nice hotel room, very large, clean and very quiet. From the reception to the departure of the scenic spot, the butler provided full service and a great breakfast. I stayed for two nights and three cruises were all free. One of them had breakfast on the boat. It was a great experience. There was also a foot soaking service and free sachet making.
