The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 14-minute drive from the airport and approximately 700 meters from the metro station, making it perfect for travelers catching a flight. The room itself was a decent size and remarkably quiet at night; I didn't hear any airplane noise. It was perfectly suitable for an overnight stay.

Located about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, the hotel's bedding was quite comfortable. We arrived late at night, and as we were planning a loop tour for the next day, it served as a perfect overnight stop. The hotel also offers its own airport shuttle service.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a business-friendly decor. Its location is also very convenient for transport. As a business traveler, I had a great stay and would definitely choose to come back here on my next business trip!

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, as my child had an early flight. My child checked in alone, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They even took the initiative to call me to verify everything, as my child was checking in by themselves. They also noted down the airport transfer time and arranged a wake-up call. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the old airport terminal. Tianshan Airport is also easily accessible via a 20-minute shuttle ride. The nearest subway station is just a 10-minute walk away, and a taxi to the high-speed rail station takes about 20 minutes. The breakfast was good, offering a wide variety of options. I especially recommend the Xinjiang restaurant right behind the hotel building – their roasted meat is delicious!

The front desk staff were very accommodating and promptly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that one also had a slight odor, though I eventually got used to it after a while. Even the closets had a faint smell when opened. All other facilities were in working order. The TV automatically played channels upon being plugged in, offering various programs. Hot water was readily available, and the bathroom even had a convenient spot for drying clothes. However, certain sections of the carpet appeared somewhat dirty. It's very close to the old airport and approximately 10 kilometers (a 20-25 minute drive) from the new airport, making it quite convenient for air travel.

The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns). For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials. Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!

Upon arriving in Urumqi recently, we rented a car and headed straight to this hotel. It's conveniently located very close to Urumqi Tianshan International Airport, less than a 15-minute drive away. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and parking was extremely convenient. It's perfect for travelers with early arrivals or late departures.

Xinjiang is truly beautiful and definitely worth a visit!

The hotel itself has a great location near to the airport which makes it convenient when transferring flights. The room itself is big, however the bathroom was not functioning properly as the floor went all wet after I took a shower which could be avoided.

It's 16km from urumqi town. Good for transit as it's near to airport with free airport transfers. Need to reserve the airport pick-up a day before arrival and clarify regarding the location for pick-up in the airport. Urumqi airport is huge. I was confused with pick-up location, went to arrival gates instead of departure gate where the hotel pick-up was. Otherwise, the breakfast was great with many choices. There are lots of restaurants and small night market around hotel for meals

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located, just a 15-minute drive from the new airport. Dining options nearby are also quite convenient; just across the road, there's a market with a wide variety of food, and right opposite, you'll find a community food street. They offer airport shuttle service, and the driver was excellent. Our kids and the seniors in our group all slept very well! Highly recommended for anyone flying into Urumqi Tianshan International Airport.

The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. They also provide a punctual airport transfer service. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the rooms were decorated very cozily.
